2012 (SENIOR): INDOOR - Threw shot put in four meets for the Shockers...Threw a season-best mark of 50-2 1/2 at the Herm Wilson Invitational...OUTDOOR - Competed in shot put and discus throughout the season...Posted a season-best shot put mark of 49-7 at the ESU Midweek Open...Season-best discus throw came at the Arkansas Twilight (152-0).

2011 (JUNIOR): INDOOR - Threw shot put in six meets for the Shockers...Finished a season-best third at the Herm Wilson Classic with a mark of 46'7^1/2"...Finished fourth at the Kansas State Open with a shot put mark of 49'11^3/4"...OUTDOOR - Did not compete.

2010 (SOPHOMORE/JUNIOR): INDOOR - Runner-up in the shot put at the WSU Invitational with a toss of 50' 1 ^3/4"...Came in third at the Shocker Quad in the shot put with a distance of 50' 4 ^1/2"...Finished fourth in the shot put with his third toss over 50', coming in at 50' ^3/4"...OUTDOOR - Set a personal best in the shot put with a throw of 51' 11 3/4" at the MVC Championships, placing ninth...Was second at the Emporia State Invitational in the shot put with a throw of 50' 8"...Came in a season-best fifth overall in the discus at the Emporia State Invitational with a throw of 150' 5".

2009 (FRESHMAN/SOPHOMORE): INDOOR - Was second in shot put at WSU Invite (48’ 2 ^1/2”)...Came in third at K-State Open with a throw of 50’ ^3/4”...OUTDOOR - Four second place showings during season including personal best throw of 164’ 6” in discus at Emporia State Relays...Placed second at UTA Bobby Lane Invite in discus with a toss of 154’ 6”...Came in second at Emporia State Relays in shot put (48’ 10”) and at the Oregon Relays with a throw of 51’ ^3/4”...Finished fourth in shot put at the UTA Bobby Lane Invite (50’) and the Sooner Twilight (50’ 8”).

2008 (FRESHMAN): INDOOR - Redshirted indoor season...OUTDOOR - Finished seventh at the MVC Championships in the shot put with a toss of 50' 9 ^1/4" and 10th in the discus (141' 9")...Threw his season-best in the shot put (50-10) at the Kansas Relays to place sixth...Placed a season-high third at the Sooner Twilight in the shot put (49' 7 ^3/4")...Also had his best discus finish at the Sooner Twilight with a throw of 137' 6" to place fifth.

Juan Sequin HS: Holds JSHS discus and shot put school records...Earned first team all-district honors in football...Placed eighth in the shot put at the US Junior Olympics...Lettered in football and track.
