2018-19: Indoor - Competed in five meets...Finished third at the Pitt State Invitational mile with the seventh fastest time in Shocker history of 4:06.39...Won the Fourth Annual Gorilla Classic 3000m race with the eighth fastest time in school history of 8:18.68...Finished fifth in the American Athletic Conference Championship mile finals race with a time of 4:18.18, after running the seventh fastest time in the prelims (4:16.13). Outdoor - Ran eight races in six meets...Placed eighth in the 92nd Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays 3000m steeplechase with a time of 9:25.08...Ran a personal best 5000m time of 14:48.54 to finish seventh in the K.T. Woodman Classic...Clocked a personal best 3:51.58 1500m finishing sixth at the 110th Drake Relays, also was part of the distance medley relay that ran the fifth fastest time in Shocker history of 9:52.28...Scored one point at the American Athletic Conference Championships finishing eighth in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 9:13.03, also ran in the 5000m (15:09.75).

2017-18: Cross Country - Ran in five races, including a first place finish at the Missouri Southern Stampede 8K with a time of 24:44.4...Placed 18th at the Bradley Pink Classic 4.97 miler with a time of 25:12.0...Finished 90th at the NCAA Midwest Regional. Indoor - Competed in three meets, including two top-5 finishes...Earned all-conference honors as a member of the DMR that finished second with a time of 10:01.18 at the American Athletic Conference Indoor Championships...Placed fourth in the mile (4:25.11) at the Herm Wilson Invitational...Ran a personal best mile (4:13.65) to finish sixth at the 3rd Annual Indoor Gorilla Classic. Outdoor - Competed in five meets, a total of eight races...Won the K.T. Woodman Classic 5000m with a time of 15:06.84...Finished first in the 1500m (3:55.83) at the Central Missouri Mule Relays...Ran in two races at the Drake Relays, placing in the top-10 of each...Placed 13th overall in the 3000m steeplechase (9:42.50) at the American Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships.

2016-17: Cross Country- Was 19th at the 8K MVC Championship in a time of 25:39.6... Was also 69th at the NCAA Midwest Regional in a 10K time of 31:40.3. Indoor – Won the 3000m at the Bill Easton Classic in a personal best time of 8:26.65…Ran a personal best in the mile with a time of 4:14.73 to finish third at the Tyson Invitational…Placed fifth in the mile and 29th in the 3000m at the MVC Championships. Outdoor - Ran in six races, including four top five finishes…Placed fifth in the 1500m at the Arkansas Spring Invitational with a personal best time of 3:55.49…Finish second at the K.T. Woodman Classic in the 5000m with a personal best time of 14:50.90…Ran a personal best 9:11.61 in the 3000m steeplechase to finish second and placed fifth in the 5000m at the MVC Championships.
 
2015-16: Cross Country- Opened the season with a fifth-place finish in the 6K J.K. Gold Classic with a time of 18:58.1… Finished 25th at the MVC Championship with a 8K time of 25:02.6, his personal best… Ran the 10K Midwest Regional in a time of 33:01.4 (142nd)... Indoor- Competed in six meets, including the MVC Championship where he placed sixth with the DMR and 19th in the 3,000 meters (10:15.79). Outdoor- Competed in seven meets... Set personal best in the steeplechase at the Arkansas Spring Invitational (9:31.49).
 
2014-15: Cross Country- Ran in six races, finishing fifth at the Ollie Isom with a time of 16:03.27 in the 5k race... Also finished 16th in the J.K. Gold Classic with a time of 19:12.12 in the 6k home meet...  Ran unattached at Pre-Nationals with a 30th place finish in the 8k (26:36.9.
 
High School: Ran distance races while attending Olathe North HS in Olathe, Kan...His personal bests include 1:59 in the 800m run, 4:24 in the 1600m run and 9:38 in the 3200m run...Was first team all-Metro Kansas City by the Greater Kansas City Cross Country Coaches Association and helped his team to the No. 1 final ranking.
 
Personal: Son of Kathy and Daniel Wickoren... Has a brother, Jacob, and a sister, Sarah... Majoring in Engineering at WSU.
