2024-25 (Redshirt-Freshman): Cross Country – Raced in the JK Gold Classic as training for multi-event competition. Indoor – Competed in eight meets, completing two pentathlons…Took sixth in the pentathlon with 3,271 points at the Shocker Multi with the fastest 800 meters of the day, 2:21.81…Ran the eighth-fastest 600 meters in program history at the Mark Colligan Memorial to finish fourth in 1:36.24…Ran on the winning 4x400-meter relay and distance medley relay at the Ichabod Invitational…Ran on the eighth-place distance medley relay at the AAC Indoor Championships. Outdoor – Competed in five meets…Ran 1:06.00 to finish second in the 400-meter hurdles at the Shocker Open.

2023-24 (Freshman): Cross Country -  Raced in the JK Gold Classic as training for multi-event competition. Indoor – Did not compete in a Shocker uniform…Competed unattached in four meets…Placed ninth in the Shocker Multi pentathlon with a season-best 2,752 points…Took fourth in the Wilson Invitational pentathlon. Outdoor – Competed unattached in five meets…Placed ninth in the Wichita State Multi heptathlon with 3,793 points…Placed fifth in the javelin at the Shocker Open with a throw of 30.43m/99’10”.
High School: Competed at Andover High School…Placed third in the javelin at regionals to qualify to the state meet…Finished fifth in the 200m at regionals…Ran on the fourth-place 4x100-meter relay at the state meet…Was a member of the regional runner-up team in 2023 that went on to place eighth at state…Was a member of the ACVTL Division 2 League championship team, the first Andover team in 20 years to win the league…Also was a three-time letterwinner in volleyball…Was volleyball team captain for two years and earned all-league recognition in 2021 and 2022…Graduated Magna Cum Laude…Completed the Kansas Scholars program…Won the Dale Downing Sportsmanship Award.
