2011 (SENIOR): INDOOR - Won the heptathlon at the MVC Championships with 5,266 points, placing first in the multi-event's shot put (46'71/4") and 60-meter hurdles (8.39)...Won the Shocker Quad and Multi heptathlon with a personal best 5,668 points, which set a WSU record. He won the shot put event with a personal best 48'0", 60 meters with a personal best 6.97, the 60-meter hurdles with a personal best 8.29 and the pole vault (15'5")...OUTDOOR - Finished second in the heptathlon at the MVC Championships with 7,006 points. He won the mutli-event's 100 meters with a personal best 10.80, the shot put with a personal best 47'11" and the 110-meter hurdles (15.11)...Won the K.T. Woodman decathlon with a personal best 7,350 points, which ranked on WSU's all-time list. Won the 100-meters (10.84), pole vault (15'1") and long jump (23'21/2") portions...Named to the 2011 USTFCCCA Division I All-Academic Track & Field Team.
2010 (JUNIOR): INDOOR - Set a personal best in the shot put during the MVC Championships with a toss of 47' 8 1/2" to win the heptathlon event...Was second at the MVC Championships in the heptathlon with 5,490 points...Came in sixth in the pole vault (15' 1") at the Kansas State Open...Was sixth in the 60m hurdles at the Kansas State Open (8.69)...Placed eighth in the long jump with a distance of 21' 7 1/2" at the Kansas State Open...OUTDOOR - Set personal bests in three categories during decathlon at MVC Championships...Ran a 49.97 in the 400m dash, high jumped 6' 6 3/4" and threw 46' 9" in the shot put in route to a sixth place point total of 5,860 at MVC Championships...Was fifth in the 200m dash at the K.T. Woodman Classic with a wind aided time of 21.84...Came in sixth in long jump at K.T. Woodman Classic (21' 11").
2009 (JUNIOR/SOPHOMORE): Redshirted indoor season...OUTDOOR - Won shot put title at MVC Championships with a throw of 44’ 2 3/4”...Placed second in 110m hurdles at Bethel Twilight (15.54)...Third at Texas Relays in 100m with personal best time of 10.90...Third in Texas Relays in shot put (46’ 3/4”) and high jump (6’ 5”)...Had seven fifth place finishes at MVC Championships including decathlon (6548 pts.), 100m (11.37), long jump (20’ 10 1/2”), high jump (6’ 1 1/4”), 110m hurdles (15.82), discus (105’ 2”), and javelin (144’ 8”).
2008 (SOPHOMORE/FRESHMAN): INDOOR - Earned all-MVC honors placing third in the heptathlon at the MVC Championships with a score of 5539 points...Earned a berth to the NCAA Championships where he placed 15th in the heptathlon, totaling 5398 points...Finished fourth at the Air Force Invitational in the heptathlon with 4822 points...Placed sixth at the Kansas Invitational in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.72...OUTDOOR - Placed fifth at the MVC Championships in the decathlon with total of 6999 pts. ...Provisionally qualified for the NCAA Championships, but was not selected to the field...Also competed in the pole vault and the long jump at the MVC Championships, placing 11th in the pole vault (15-7) and sixth in the long jump (23-4) setting personal outdoor bests in both events...Finished 12th in the prelims of the 110m hurdles at the MVC Championships...Placed third at the Oregon Relays in the 110m hurdles (15.19)...Finished fourth in the long jump (22-9 3/4) at the Ward Haylett KSU Invitational.
2007 (FRESHMAN): Redshirted outdoor season...Placed third at the MVC Indoor Championships in the heptathlon (5,082 pts.) earning his first all-conference honors as a Shocker...Finished third in the heptathlon (4,914) at the Air Force Invitational.
Rumia HS: Three-time Polish champion in the decathlon and heptathlon...Personal bests of 5,109 total points in the heptathlon, 10.8 in the 100m and 21.8 in the 200m.
