2011 (JUNIOR): Ran at the JK Gold Classic.
TRACK & FIELD:
2013 (SENIOR): INDOOR- Placed second in the 400m at the Air Force Team Challenge with a season best time of 57.40. Finished ninth in the 400m at the MVC Indoor Championships in a time of 57.54. Ran the 60m and 200m dashes at the Herm Wilson Invitational. OUTDOOR- Cracked the Shocker top 10 in the 400m run with a personal best of 56.48 at the Beach Invitational. Finished a season best fourth at the Track-It-Buster Invitational (56.62). Placed 10th in the 400m dash at the MVC Outdoor Championships with a time of 57.61.
2012 (JUNIOR): INDOOR - Ran personal best times in the 200m and 400m...Personal best 200m time of 25.78 came at the Nebraska Tune-Up...Ran PR in the 400m at the SPIRE Division I Indoor Track & Field Invitational of 57.02, which cracked the WSU all-time top 10...Ran in the 400m at the MVC Indoor Championships, finishing eighth...OUTDOOR - Ran the 400m in four meets, posting a personal best time of 57.16 at the Arkansas Spring Invitational...Ran at the MVC Outdoor Championships in the 400m prelims...Named MVC Scholar-Athlete.
2011 (SOPHOMORE): INDOOR - Set personal bests in four different races during the season...Ran a 57.64 in the 400m dash at the Shocker Quad & Multi to finish fourth...Came in fourth in the 400m dash at the Herm Wilson Classic with a time of 58.25...OUTDOOR - Part of Iowa State Classic 4x400m relay team that placed third in the event with a Shocker record time of 3:43.09.
2010 (FRESHMAN): INDOOR - Set personal best in the 200m dash at the Nebraska Tune-Up with a time of 26:48...Came in third in the 400m dash with a time of 58.28 at the Shocker Quad...Was fifth in the 400m dash at the WSU Invitational (59.38)...Set a personal best in the 400m dash by clocking in at 57.97 at the Iowa State Classic...Set third personal best of the year in the 600 yard dash at the adidas Classic (1:26.35)...OUTDOOR - Was fifth at the Oregon Relays with a personal best time of 57.90 in the 400m dash...Was a runner-up in the 400m dash at the KT Woodman Classic with a time of 59.28...Came in sixth at the Sooner Open in the 400m dash (59.12).
2009 (FRESHMAN): INDOOR - Did not compete...OUTDOOR - Had a season best finish of third at Nebraska Quad in the 400m dash, clocking in at 58.08...Was fourth at KT Woodman Classic with a personal best time of 57.98 in 400m...Ran at the UTA Bobby Lane Invite in 400m dash, placing 12th (59.47).
Lawrence HS: Won Kansas 6A state 400m title as a senior...Placed sixth in the state 400m as a junior and seventh as a sophomore...Part of state champion 4x800m relay team as a sophomore...Helped LHS to runner-up finish in the 4x400m relay as a sophomore and junior...Helped set LHS record in 4x400m relay and 4x800m relay as a junior...Lettered in cross country four times and track and field four times...Was a Kansas Honors Scholar, member of LHS chapter of National Honors Society, and LHS Honor Roll.
