Track & Field:
2014 (JUNIOR): INDOOR- Competed in five races and ran two personal bests during the indoor season. At the Mark Colligan Memorial, he increased his mile from 4:31.13 to 4:22.04, finishing in 8th place...At the 2014 MVC Indoor Track & Field Championships he ran in two events, the 3000m and DMR. He ran a personal best in the 3000m at 8:42.12, finishing in 17th place. His DMR time (10:14.88) finished him in 4th place. OUTDOOR- Ran three bests in five races. At the KT Woodman Classic, ran 800m in 2:01.18 cutting time off from his previous 2:03.50. Also, he ran a 1500M in 4:03.43, finishing him in 9th place; cutting time from his previous 4:11.38. Lastly, he cut time from his 5000M at the Ward Haylett Invitational with a time of 14:55.28, previous 15:38.41.
2013 (SOPHOMORE): INDOOR- Ran a personal best in each of the four races he ran during the 2013 season. Finished second in the 3,000m run at the Herm Wilson Invitational with a time of 3:09.85. Crossed the finish line at 15:28.47 to place second in the 5,000m run at the Adidas Classic. Ran a career best 8:53.79 in the 3,000m run at the Herm Wilson Invitational. Posted a PR of 15:15.16 in the 5,000m run at the Iowa State Classic. OUTDOOR- Finished second in his first collegiate 3,000m steeplechase run with a time of 10:21.35 at the Track-It-Buster Invitational. Ran a personal best of 32:33.26 in the 10,000m run at the KT Woodman Classic. Competed in distance races at four meets during the season.
