Season and Career Results
2016 (Junior): Indoor- Competed in eight meets but not the MVC Championship. Outdoor- Was fifth in the MVC Decathlon with 6,207 points, which also tied his best finish in the event at the Championship as he also was fifth in 2014.
2015 (Sophomore): Indoor- Was sixth in the MVC Heptathlon with 5,052 points which was his career best. Outdoor- Did not finish the MVC Decathlon in 2015.
2014 (Redshirt Freshman): Indoor- Was seventh in the MVC Heptathlon with points, and was also 11th in the 60 meter hurdles. Outdoor- Competed in the 2014 MVC Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the Decathlon where he was fifth with 6,344 points after best finishes were first in the 110 Hurdles at 15.14, second in the discus at 39.44m and second in the long jump at 6.82m... His time in the 110 hurdles was the team's third best of the season... Career best was 6,827 points at the K.T. Woodman.
2013 (Freshman): Indoor- Redshirted Outdoor- Redshirted.
High School: Placed fifth in the 4A State Meet in the 110m Hurdles for Circle High... Lettered two years in baseball, four in football and two in trackand field for the Thunderbirds.
Personal: Born March 18, 1994 in Wichita, Kan... Son of Tom and Dana Nicholas... Has two older sisters, Andrea and Abbey... Majoring in Economics.
