2014 (Sophomore): Indoor- Claimed a third place and second place finish at the Herm Wilson Invitational in the high jump and long jump, respectively... Jumped 18-4 1/2" in the long jump at the Kansas State Open to finish third. Outdoor- Collected top 10 finishes at the Shirley Crowe Combined Events Classic in the long jump (4th), high jump (4th), 800m (3rd), shot put (6th), 100m hurdles (7th), 200m (3rd), javelin (6th) and heptathlon (3rd)... Member of the 4x100 meter relay at the ESU Spring Open that finished first... At the highly regarded Oregon Relays, she recorded top six finishes in the long jump, 800 meters, shot put, 100 meter hurdles, 200 meters, javelin and heptathlon... Her mark of 18' 4 1/2" in the long jump placed her third at the MVC Outdoor Championships... Also had four sixth place finishes and a fifth place finish at the MVC Outdoor Championships.
2013 (Freshman): Indoor- Earned second place in the pentathlon at the MVC Indoor Championships with 3707 points to earn All-MVC honors... Scored the fourth best pentathlon total in Shocker history with her PR at the conference meet... Placed second in the pentathlon with 3688 points at the Varsity Apartments Invitational Ran a personal best of 9.06 in the 60m hurdles at MVC Indoor Meet... Set personal bests of 5-5 ¼ in the high jump and 18-4 ¼ in the long jump in the pentathlon at the Varsity Apartments Invitational. Outdoor- Redshirted
Olathe East: Won the State High Jump Championship as a sophomore... Helped her 4X400m relay team to the state title as a junior and senior... Ranks in the Hawks top 5 in the High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump, 4x400m, and 4x100m relay... Contributed to the Olathe East team that won the 6A Kansas State Championship in all four years of her high school career... Achieved three letters in Tennis... Graduated with a 4.0 GPA and ranked in the top 10% of her graduating class of 500.
Personal: Born May 17, 1994 in Olathe, Kan.. Daughter of Don and Barbara Pinkston... Has an older brother, Erik, an older sister, Emily, and a younger sister, Halina... Her uncle, Ken Koenigs, played basketball at Kansas.
