2020-21: Cross Country (competed in Spring of 2021) – Ran in both races that the Shockers competed at as a team … Was the first Shocker across the line in both meets … Placed 14th at the AAC Championships, earning all-conference honors … Took sixth at the JK Gold Classic.Â
Indoor – Ran in five races … Won the Mile at the Division I Challenge with a time of 4:06.03 … Was the runner-up in the 800 meters and Mile at the Triangular … Ran his only 5,000 meters race at the Division I Challenge and ran a time of 15:00.41 to finish 11th.Â
Outdoor – Ran at seven meets … Qualified for the West Regional in the 1,500 meters and took 28th … Ran in five races at the AAC Championships … Took second in the 800 meters at the conference meet to earn all-conference honors … Finished third at the conference meet in the 1,500 meters to earn all-conference honors … Did not finish the 5,000 meters at the conference meet … Finished in the top 10 of every race he completed during the regular season … Ran a season-best time in the 1,500 meters at the conference meet with a time of 3:43.98 … Ran his season-best time in the 800 meters at the John McDonnell Invitational with a time of 1:51.90.
2019-20: Cross Country - Competed at five meets for Wichita State … Scored in all five meets … Kicked off his season with a third-place finish at the JK Gold Classic … Was the fourth Shocker across the line at the AAC Championships as well as the Midwest Regional … Finished 31st in Memphis at the conference championship meet … Took 102nd in his only 10K at the Midwest Regional … Ran a season-best 8K time of 25:08.8 at the Bill Dellinger Invitational where he finished 89th … Finished 165th at Pre-Nationals.Â
Indoor - Ran at five meets for the Shockers … Was a member of the conference champion distance medley relay team … Finished seventh in the Mile final at the conference championships, earning Wichita State team points … Opened his season with a win in the 1,000 meters at the Triangular … Also ran the Mile at the Triangular and finished as the runner-up … Ran a season-best time of 4:10.78 in the Mile at the Iowa State Classic … Earned a top-five finish in the evening section of the 3,000 meters at the Jayhawk Classic … Also ran the Mile at the Husker Invitational.Â

2018-19: Cross Country - Redshirted and competed unattached...Ran in four races, including two top-35 finishes...Placed 14th at the J.K. Gold Classic 6K with a time of 19:30.3...Ran a personal best 8K (25:52.0), finishing 32nd at the FHSU Tiger Open.
Indoor - Entered five meets, running in 11 races...Opened the season winning the Hawkeye Invitational 800m with a personal best time of 1:55.13...Placed second at the Fourth Annual Gorilla Classic mile with a personal best time of 4:11.84...Ran the fastest mile prelim at the American Athletic Conference with a time of 4:14.22, before finishing seventh in the finals with a time of 4:19.53...Was part of the distance medley relay team that finished fifth at the conference championships with a time of 10:07.56.
Outdoor - Ran 13 races in six meets...Placed fourth in the 800m in 1:55.49 at the season opener Herm Wilson Invitational...Ran in the 1500m (7th, 3:57.70) and DMR (10th, 10:13.67) at the 92nd Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays...Clocked a personal best 5000m time of 15:20.05 at the K.T. Woodman Classic, also won the the 1500m in 3:50.62...Was part of the 4x800m team that won the 92nd Kansas Relays in 7:50.37, also placed second in the 800m in 1:54.07...Won the 110th Drake Relays unseeded 1500m with a personal best time of 3:47.46, also the eight fastest time in Shocker history. Was also a member of the DMR team that clocked the fifth fastest time in school history in 9:52.28 finishing fourth...Scored four points at the American Athletic Conference Championships finishing sixth in the 1500m (3:56.32) and eighth in the 800m (1:59.55), recorded a personal best 800m time of 1:52.85 in the prelims.
