2015-16- Indoor- MVC Champion in the Weight Throw... Set the school record with a weight throw of 66-10/20.37m... Was 12th in the Indoor shot put at the MVC Championship... Outdoor- Earned her second All-MVC honor with a third-place finish in the hammer throw at the MVC Championship... Was also 11th at the MVC Championship in the shot put... Her personal best of 46-6.25 in the shot put was the seventh-best in Shocker history... Her hammer throw of 199-0/49.03m was the second-best in WSU history.
Junior College: Attended Cowley County Community College in Arkansas City, Kan., where she threw the weight throw, shot put, discus throw, and hammer throw...Her personal bests include: 59’ 4 ¼’’ in the weight throw, 46’-9’’ in the shot put, 144'-6’’ in the discus throw, and 174'-2’’ in the hammer throw...While at Cowley, MIlton finished second in the hammer throw with a throw of 174'-2" at the 2014 NJCAA Outdoor Nationals and was the 2014 NJCAA Indoor National Champion in the weight throw when she threw 56'-2.5"...Finished in third place at the 2013 NJCAA Indoor Nationals in the weight throw, second place in the shot put, and third place in the hammer throw at the 2013 NJCAA Outdoor Nationals meet.
Personal: Â Born March 13, 1994 in Duncan, Okla... Daughter of Murial Milton and James Milton... Has sisters, Aliecia, Khalia, TaMuriel and Rosaria Milton... Also recruited by Cowley County CC... Majoring in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
