2020: Indoor - Ran at six meets for the Shockers … Was a member of the conference champion distance medley relay team … Was a member of the Shockers’ fourth-place 4X400-meter relay team at the conference championships … Also ran in the 200 meters at the AAC Championships … Won the 200 meters at the Air Force Team Challenge with a season-best time of 21.71 … Ran a season-best time of 49.28 in the 400 meters at the Gorilla Classic … Took sixth in the 400 meters at the Prairie Wolf Invitational … Also ran at the Triangular and Arkansas Qualifier.Â

2019: Indoor - Entered five meets, competing in nine races...Recorded two sixth place finishes in the season opener at the Hawkeye Invitational, running a 50.09 400m and as part of the 4x400m relay that ran 3:19.00...Was part of the 4x400m relay team that finished fourth at the Gorilla Classic with a time of 3:15.32, the ninth fastest in Shocker history...Finished fifth as part of the distance medley relay team at the American Athletic Conference Championships with a time of 10:07.56.
Outdoor - Ran 13 races in seven meets...Was part of the 4x400m team that finished fourth at the Texas State Bobcat Invitational with a time of 3:24.17...Finished sixth in the Friends Spring Open 400m with a time of 49.00...Ran as part of the 4x400m that won the K.T. Woodman Classic with a time of 3:29.76...Was a member of the 4x400m team that won the 92nd Kansas Relays with the eighth fastest time in Shocker history of 3:10.51...Won the Shocker Open 400m on May 3 with an outdoor season best time of 48.33...Finished 13th in the American Athletic Conference Championships 400m with a time of 49.25.
2018: Indoor - Ran a personal best 23.01 finishing third in the 200m at the Shocker Prelude...Was part of the 4x400m relay team that won both the Shocker Prelude (3:23.67) and Herm Wilson Invitational (3:21.60).
Outdoor - Competed in five meets, including seven top-five finishes...Ran a personal best 48.25 400m to place fourth at the Texas Tech Corky/Crofoot Shootout, was also part of the 4x400m team that placed third with a time of 3:13.12...Won the Shocker Open 200m with a personal best time of 21.79...At the American Athletic Conference championships he placed 11th in the 400m (48.70) and was part of the 4x400m team that finished fifth (3:13.39).
2017: Indoor – Ran in four races, including a second place finish in the 600yd at the Steve Miller Open.
Outdoor – Competed at the Emporia State Relays and ran a season best 50.20 in the 400m.

Junior College: Coppoc was seventh as a member of the 4x800 indoor NJCAA National and sixth in the 4x800 meters in outdoor… Earned All-American honors in both NJCAA Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field for the Cloud County Thunderbirds… Collegiate Personal Bests - 22.50 in the 200 meters, 49.58 in the 400 meters and  1:12.72 in the 600 yards… Graduated as an honor graduate and member of Phi Theta Kappa and was honored with the NJCAA Exemplary Academic Achievement Award in 2015-16…
High School: Lettered in track and field for four years, basketball for three years and football for two years for the Concordia Panthers… Was named the Outstanding Senior Basketball Player and also Outstanding Senior Track Athlete…Won the KSHSAA State title in the 400 meters in 2015 and was also a member of the 4x400 meter relay that also won state… Was also NCKL champion in the 200, 400 and as a part of the 4x400 relay.
Personal: Son of Scott and Dee Dee Coppoc… Has an older brother, Aren, who played football at Sterling College [Kan.]… Father ran track at Ottawa University [Kan.]… Was a member of National Honor Society, earned the Dennis Excellence in Education award and was a KU Honors Scholar in high school.
