2023-24 (Freshman): Cross Country – Did not compete in a Shocker uniform. Indoor – Competed in five meets, recording two individual top-five finishes…Finished fourth in the 800 meters at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular to open the season…Took second in the 800 meters at the Prairie Wolf Invitational…Ran a season-best 2:18.90 in the 800 meters at the Husker Invitational…Ran a season-best 5:09.77 in the mile to finish ninth at the Mark Colligan Memorial. Outdoor – Raced in five meets…Finished fourth in the 800 meters at the Friends Spring Open with a time of 2:27.53…Ran a season-best 4:42.90 in the 1500 meters to take 10^th at the KT Woodman Classic.

High School: Attended Gymnasium Ohmoor in Hamburg, Germany…Won the 1500 meters at the 2022 Northern Outdoor German Championships…Also competes in triathlons. HS personal bests: 400m – 1:01.8, 800m – 2:14.93, 1500m – 4:39.13, 3000m – 10:26.37, 5000m – 18:08
