2023-24 (Senior): Cross Country – Raced in four meets for the Shockers…Finished 19

Indoor – Raced in five meets, running on two winning relays, claiming four individual top-five finishes, and breaking two school records…Finished second in the 600 yards at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular with a school record time of 1:23.55…Finished second in the 800 meters at the Mark Colligan Memorial with a time of 2:11.78…Ran on the winning 4x400-meter relay and DMR at the Ichabod Invitational…Ran a season-best 2:04.68 in the 800 meters, breaking the school record to finish second and earn all-conference recognition at the AAC Championships…Ran on the eighth-place 4x400-meter relay team at the AAC Championships…Helped the team score nine points.

Indoor – Competed in six meets, winning three individual races and one relay…Ran the second-fastest 600-yard time in school history to win the event at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular, clocking 1:24.84…Finished top three in every 800-meter race, winning the USD Alumni Meet and the  Ichabod Invitational…Recorded the third-fastest 800-meter time in Shocker history to place third at the AAC Indoor Championships in 2:08.80, earning all-conference recognition...Ran on the seventh-fastest 4x400-meter relay in school history, running 3:45.20 to place sixth and score more points for the team.
Outdoor – Competed in six meets…Ran on two winning relays…Ran a season-best 56.66 in the 400 meters at the KT Woodman Classic, placing third…Won the 800 meters at the Midwest Classic with a season-best time of 2:10.80…Earned all-conference recognition in the 4x400-meter relay, running on the third-fastest relay in school history that placed third in 3:40.67 at the AAC Outdoor Championships…Finished 12

nd at the NJCAA Division I Championships.
Indoor – Placed sixth in the 600 meters at the Indoor Club Championships with a personal-best time of 1:34.20…Ran on the winning DMR at the NJCAA Indoor Championships and placed sixth in the 800 meters.
Outdoor – Won the 800 meters at the NJCAA Division I Outdoor Championships with a time of 2:13.21.

th-place 4x400-meter relay at the EECAC Indoor Championships.
High School: Was a two-time Section 1 state champion in the 400 meters and a qualifier in the 600 meters…Won the 300 meters and 600 meters for Section 1 League 1D…Was an all-country athlete all four years of high school…Named first team all-county in the 400 meters…Named 2019 Female MVP for White Plains HS…Set the 600-meter record at her high school
Personal: Daughter of Risha…Has two sisters, India and Melanie, and a brother, Maxx…Maxx played basketball at Purchase College and went on to play professionally in Glasgow, Scotland…Plans to major in general studies-psychology.
