2025-26 (Sophomore): Cross Country – Recorded a record-breaking first season with the Shockers, racing in six meets and claiming three wins…Opened his season with back-to-back wins at the JK Gold Classic and the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational…Broke Wichita State’s 8K record with a runner-up finish at the Pre-National Invitational, running 22:45.6…Won the American Conference Championship in 23:16.6, earning all-conference recognition…Claimed All-Region honors at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a seventh-place finish, running 30:10.0 in the 10K and becoming the first Shocker since 1992 to punch his ticket to the NCAA Cross Country Championships…Finished 24
th at the NCAA Championships, setting a new Wichita State 10K record with a time of 28:57.0, to earn All-American recognition…Recorded the best 2025 NCAA Championship finish by an American Conference athlete to be named the American Conference Runner of the Year.Â
Indoor – Set a new Wichita State record in the 5,000 meters to open the season, running 13:37.79 to finish 18
th at the BU Season Opener…Ran the No. 7 mile time in school history to finish second at the Washburn Open in 4:03.86…Recorded the No. 2 3,000-meter time in school history, running 7:55.32 at the Tyson Invitational…Won the conference title in the 5,000 meters with a time of 13:50.72 and finished fourth in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:4.37 at the American Conference Indoor Championships, scoring 15 points for the team and earning all-conference recognition in the 5,000.
Outdoor – Opened the season with a Raleigh Relays 5,000-meter win, breaking Wichita State’s program record with a time of 13:35.77…Broke Wichita State’s program record in the 10,000 meters with a sixth-place finish in the invite section at the Bryan Clay Invitational, running 28:09.21…Won the 10,000 meters with a time of 29:44.15 and finished runner-up in the 5,000 meters with a time of 14:06.52 at the American Conference Outdoor Championships, earning all-conference recognition in both events and scoring 18 points to help the Shockers win the men’s team title…Qualified to the NCAA West First Rounds in the 10,000 meters where he finished 16
th with a time of 29:10.13.
2024-25 (Freshman at Stephen F. Austin): Won the Southland Conference cross country title and finished 13
th at the NCAA South Central Regional…Won the Southland Conference indoor 5,000 meters title and was the runner up in the 3,000…Won both the 5,000 and 10,000 at the Southland Conference Outdoor Championships…Helped SFA win Southland Indoor and Outdoor Championships men’s team titles…Ran season bests of 3:44.85 in the 1500, 8:09.39 in the 3,000, 13:37.01 in the 5,000, and 28:37.88 in the 10,000.
