2025-26 (Freshman): Indoor – Threw shot put in seven meets, recording three top-five finishes…Placed third at the Coach Wilson Invitational…Recorded a season-best mark of 16.49m/54’1.25” to place seventh at the American Conference Indoor Championships, scoring two points for the team.
Outdoor – Threw in nine meets, claiming three event wins and four more top-five finishes…Won the discus at both the Friends Spring Open and the Arkansas Spring Invitational…Recorded a season-best shot put mark of 15.91m/52’2.5” to win the Shocker Open…Placed seventh in the discus with a season-best mark of 54.36m/178’4” (No. 9 all-time in program history) at the American Conference Outdoor Championships, scoring two points towards the men’s team title and placed 10
th in the shot put with a throw of 15.39m/50’6”…Placed 16
th in the discus at the USATF U20 Championships with a throw of 52.95m/173’9”.
High School: Competed for Beloit High School…Three-time All-State in both the shot put and discus…Was the 2025 Kansas state shot put runner up, 2024 Kansas state discus runner up and took third in the discus in 2025…Also played football and basketball…Earned a 4.0 GPA and was a National Honor Society member for three years.
Personal: Son of Jim and Heather…Has two siblings, Avery and Sydney…Sister, Sydney, threw for Missouri track and field…Outside of track and field, enjoys hunting, fishing and being in the outdoors…Majoring in finance with the goal of becoming a personal financial planner.
