2020-21: Cross Country (competed in Spring of 2021) – Ran in both races the Shockers competed in as a team … Took 16th at the AAC Championships and barely missed earning all-conference honors … Took eighth at the JK Gold Classic … Scored for the Shockers in both meets.
Indoor – Ran in four races … Ran twice in the Mile … Ran a season-best time of 5:05.59 in the Mile at the Division I Challenge … Took seventh in the 800 meters and fifth in the 3,000 meters at the Triangular.
Outdoor – Ran in six meets … Ran in the 1,500 meters and the 5,000 meters at the AAC Championships … Had three top-five finishes … Ran a season-best time of 4:38.15 in the 1,500 meters at the AAC Championships … Ran a season-best time of 17:36.04 in the 5,000 meters at the John McDonnell Invitational.
2019-20: Cross Country - Ran in five races for the Shockers … Finished as the sixth-best Shocker at the conference and regional meets … Took 47th at the AAC Championships, crossing the line in 22:19 … Placed 165th at the Midwest Regional … Finished 10th at the JK Gold Classic … Also ran at the Bill Dellinger Invitational and Pre-Nationals.
Indoor - Ran two races for Shockers … Won the Mile at the Shocker Prelude at the Shocker Prelude with a time of 5:12.43 … Won the 3,000 meters at the Jayhawk Classic with a time of 10:37.16.
Outdoor - 2020 season canceled.
2018-19: Cross Country - Redshirted and competed unattached...Finished top-60 in four of five races entered...Ran 15:41.2 to place 21st at the J.K. Gold Classic 4K...Ran a personal season best 5K 19:02.0 to finish 57th at the Missouri Southern Stampede.
Indoor - Opened the indoor season at the Hawkeye Invitational on Jan. 12, finished 26th in the mile with a time of 5:17.54...Ran a personal best 800m at the KU/KSU/WSU Triangular on Jan. 18 finishing seventh in 2:28.99, also placed fifth in the mile clocking in at 5:24.50...Finished 11th at the Pitt State Invitational 3000m with a personal best time of 10:29.41...Recorded a personal best mile time of 5:10.32 on Feb. 9 at the Fourth Annual Gorilla Classic.
Outdoor - Ran six races in five meets...Opened the season at the Herm Wilson Invitational placing 14th in the 1500m with a time of 5:03.73...Placed fourth in the K.T. Woodman Classic 3000m steeplechase with a personal best time of 12:01.27...Ran a personal best 1500m time of 4:59.36 to place ninth at the 92nd Kansas Relays...Finished her season on April 26 at the Texas Tech Corky/Crofoot Shootout placing third in the 3000m steeplechase (12:19.52) and 10th in the 800m (2:33.89).
High School: Lettered four years in cross country, track and field…Finished third at state in the 1,600m and 3,200m…Won all-class gold as a member of the 4x800m relay team…Was part of the 4x800m relay that won the NSAA Class state title her junior season...Personal bests - 2:19 in the 800m, 5:03 in the 1,600m and 11:08 in the 3,200m.
