2016: Ran four races in three events outdoors and did not compete indoors...
2015: Indoor - Ran in seven indoor meets in in five different events... Ran the 600 meters three times and set a season-best 1:25.43 at the Shocker Prelude... Ran a P.R. in the 60 meter hurdles of 9.57 at the Prairie Wolf. Outdoor - Helped the 4x400 meter relay team to a fourth-place finish at the 2015 MVC Outdoor Championship... Also placed 11th in the 400 meter hurdles in a time of 55.17...
2014: Indoor- Ran in five events and nine races as a freshman... Set three of his personal bests indoors as a freshman in the 400 meters (51.79), 600 meters (1:24.22) and 800 meters (2:01.14)... Outdoor - Ran in six events in his second semester... Was fourth in the 400 meter hurdles at the KSU Open in a time of 57.93...
High School: Personal bests includes a 36.68 in the 300m hurdles, and 55.12 in the 400m hurdles at Hutchinson Trinity HS… Was a 3A State Runner-Up in the 300m hurdles.
Personal: Born March 28, 1995 in Hutchinson, Kan... Son of Terry and Renee Goering... Has brothers, Ryan and Dustin Ketchum.. Also recruited by Emporia State, Pitt State, Hutch CC and Lipscomb... Majoring in Psychology.
