2014 (JUNIOR): INDOOR- Member of the 4x400 relay team that finished second at the Herm Wilson Invitational with a time of 3:57.82. OUTDOOR- Finished the outdoor season with two first place finishes in the 400 hurdles (ESU Mid-Week Open and KSU Wildcat Open)... Member of the 4x400 relay team that took second at the ESU Spring Open... Finished seventh at the MVC Outdoor Championships in the 400 hurdles.

2013 (SOPHOMORE): INDOOR- Ran the second leg of the Shockers first ever MVC Champion Distance Medley Relay team. Sprinted a personal best time of 9.16 in the 60m hurdles at the Air Force Team Challenge. Improved her PR in the 60m hurdles three times during the season.  Set a new personal record in the 800m at the Varsity Apartments Invitational with a time of 2:25.11. OUTDOOR: Sprinted a personal best of 15.29 in the 100m hurdles at the Track-It-Buster Invitational to finish 13th. Placed fifth at the Track-It-Buster Invitational in the 400m hurdles with a season best time of 1:04.36. 

2012 (FRESHMAN): INDOOR - Ran a season-best 9.52 in the 60-meter hurdles at the Kansas State Open...Participated in the 200m, 600m, 800m and 60m hurdles throughout the season...OUTDOOR - Finished a season-high fifth place at the KT Woodman Classic and Arkansas Twilight in the 400-meter hurdles...Ran a season-best time of 1:05.58 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Arkansas Twilight...Ran a season-best, wind-aided 15.14 in the 100-meter hurdles at the K.T. Woodman Classic.

High School: Finished career at Shawnee Heights with 12 letters.

Personal: Born March 7, 1993...Daughter of Carl and Marilyn Downing...Has two siblings...Majoring in chemistry education.
