2019: Indoor - Competed in 10 events in four meets...Opened the season at the Hawkeye Invitational, finished 16th in shot put (11.59m/38-0.25) and 21st in 60m hurdles (9.40)...Ran a 9.29 60m hurdles prelim at the Shocker Prelude on Jan. 19, finished sixth in the finals with a time of 9.36...Finished 12th in the Air Force Invitational shot put with a mark of 11.74m/38-6.25.
Outdoor - Competed in two meets, while battling injuries...Threw a season best 43.43m/142-6 to finish second in the Herm Wilson Invitational javelin...Competed at the American Athletic Conference Championships, moved into scoring position in javelin on her final attempt placing seventh with a mark of 43.23m/141-10.
2018: Indoor - Competed in six meets, including three full pentathlons...Bettered her pentathlon score each meet, including a personal best 3,342 at the American Athletic Conference Indoor Championships...Ran a personal best 8.36 60m to finish 19th at the Shocker Prelude...Finished ninth in the 60m hurdles at the 3rd Annual Indoor Gorilla Classic with a time of 9.10.
Outdoor - Competed in eight meets...Recorded three top-5 finishes in the javelin, including a first place finish at the Shocker Open with a throw of 47.47m/155-9...Finished third in the javelin at the Emporia State Spring Invite (45.53m/149-4), fourth at the Texas Tech Corky/Crofoot Shootout (45.78m/150-2) and sixth at the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays (47.68m/156-5)...Earned all-conference honors finishing third in the javelin with a season best throw of 49.75m/163-3 at the American Athletic Conference Championships.
2017: Indoor - Placed tenth at the Shocker Multi with a score of 3,002 points in the pentathlon...Finished fifth in the pentathlon (3,095) at the Herm Wilson Invitational.
Outdoor - Finished 12th in the Heptathlon (3,416) and won the open javelin at the Arkansas Spring Invitational...Had 4,520 points in the pentathlon to finish eighth at the K.T. Woodman Classic...Placed second in the javelin with a throw of 145-5/44.32m at the K.T. Woodman Classic...Won the javelin and finished 11th at the MVC Outdoor Championships.
2016: Indoor - Finished fifth in the 60m hurdles with a time of 9.19 at the Prairie Wolf Indoor Invitational...Scored 2,662 in the pentathlon to finish fourth at the Herm Wilson Invitational.
Outdoor: Set the school record in the javelin at the MVC Outdoor Championship in Terre Haute, Ind., with a throw of 164-11/50.28m to win her first title... Also placed sixth in the Heptathlon at the MVC Championship.
2015 Summer:Â Finished the Javelin Throw in 11th place at the U.S. Track and Field Junior Championships in Eugene, Ore., after her three throws of 139-1, 134-10 and 139-1 did not advance her to the final round.
2015: Redshirted in 2014-15 at WSU... Competed in seven meets, two indoor and five outdoor, unattached... She finished third in the javelin with a throw of 155-8, her collegiate best at the K.T. Woodman... She also finished fifth in the Heptathlon at the Woodman with 4,343 points... She had a personal best 4,454 points in the Heptathlon and finished sixth at the Shirley Crowe in Houston, Texas.
High School: Attended Cheney High School in Cheney, Kan., and competed in the indoor pentathlon and outdoor heptathlon...Her personal bests include: 15.3 seconds in the 100-meter hurdles and 144’-4’’ in the javelin throw...Was a state champion in Kansas Class 4A in 2012, and placed second in 2011 and 2013...Was the state champion in the javelin throw, placed second in the 4x400m relay and fourth in the 4x100m relay at the 2014 Kansas Class 3A State Track and Field Meet... Lettered four years in volleyball, basketball and track and field... Was first-team all-league and All-State in volleyball, and first team all-league in basketball... Academically, a member of National Honor Society, the Principal's Honor roll all eight semesters and was named to the 2013 KVA All-Academic Team... High School bests were 144-4 in the javelin and 15.3 in the 100 hurdles... Helped her team to fourth at state her freshman season and 3A runner-up her senior year... Her track team finished runner-up in 3A her junior season.
Personal: Daughter of Roger and Lori Holt... Has a brother, Casey, and a sister, Kristin Vice... Majoring in Psychology.
