th in the 800 meters with a time of 1:55.32 and ran on the seventh-place 4x400-meter relay at the American Conference Indoor Championships, helping the team score two points.
Outdoor – Competed in six meets…Recorded runner-up finishes in the 400-meter hurdles at both the OU O Ring Open and the Shocker Open…Finished ninth in the 400-meter hurdles with a season-best time of 52.31 and ran on the eighth-place 4x400-meter relay at the American Conference Outdoor Championships, helping the team score a point and win the men’s team title.

2023-24 (Junior): Indoor – Competed in seven meets, breaking the 600 meters school record at the Husker Invitational with a time of 1:20.74…Recorded a season-best time of 8.27 in the 60-meter hurdles at the Husker Invitational…Ran on the winning DMR at the Ichabod Invitational…Placed 13
th in the hurdles at the AAC Championships with a time of 8.28 and ran on the fourth-place DMR, helping the team score five points.
Outdoor – Raced in two meets before his season was cut short due to injury…Finished second in the 400-meter hurdles at the Friends Spring Open with a season-best time of 53.41.
2021-23 (at Emporia State): Earned USTFCCCA all-central region recognition in the 400-meter hurdles in 2023, ranking fourth in the region with a season-best time of 52.81…Finished fourth in the 400-meter hurdles at the 2023 MIAA Outdoor Championships…Won two 400-meter hurdles races and three 4x400-meter relays.
