2023-24: Indoor (Junior) – Competed in the high jump in seven meets, picking up four wins and finishing the top three in all seven meets…Opened his season with a second-place performance at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular, clearing 2.14m/7’0.25”…Won both the Mark Colligan Memorial and the Wilson Invitational with 2.15m/7’0.5” clearances…Jumped 2.17m/7’1.5” to take third at the Husker Invitational…Won the Ichabod Invitational with a jump of 2.13m/6’11.75”…Took third at the Arkansas Qualifier…Claimed his first AAC high jump title, jumping a season-best 2.18m/7’1.5”, earning all-conference honors and scoring 10 points for the team…Missed qualifying to the NCAA Indoor Championships by two centimeters. Outdoor (Senior) – Competed in nine meets, placing top two in seven and winning four…Cleared an outdoor personal best of 2.20m/7’2.5” twice, first to win the Arkansas Spring Invitational and then again to win the Ward Haylett Invitational…Also won the KT Woodman Classic…Claimed first AAC outdoor high jump title, jumping 2.19m/7’2.25” to earn his seventh all-conference award and score 10 points for the team…Was named AAC Field Athlete of the Week three times throughout the outdoor season…Took 10th at the NCAA West Preliminaries with a jump of 2.17m/7’1.5” to punch his ticket to his second-straight NCAA Championships…Earned First Team All-America recognition for this eighth-place performance at the NCAA Championships, clearing 2.17m/7’1.5”.

2022-23: Indoor (Sophomore) – High jumped in eight meets, placing top two in six and winning three…Tied the school record at the Arkansas Qualifier with a clearance of 2.22m/7’3.25” to win the meet and qualify for the NCAA Indoor Championships…Earned all-conference recognition in the high jump at the AAC Indoor Championships, placing second to the eventual national champion…Earned First Team All-America status with his seventh-place finish at the NCAA Indoor Championships, clearing 2.18m/7’1.75”. Outdoor (Junior) – High jumped in nine collegiate meets, winning four competitions…Recorded the third-best high jump mark in school history, jumping 2.19m/7’2.25” to win the Kansas Relays…Placed sixth at the Texas Relays with a jump of 2.17m/7’1.5”…Earned his third-straight outdoor all-conference award with his second-place finish at the AAC Outdoor Championships, helping his team win its second-straight AAC men's team title…Placed 11th in the javelin…Qualified to his third NCAA West Preliminaries in the high jump where he placed ninth to move on to the NCAA Outdoor Championships…Placed 18th at the NCAA Outdoor Championships with a jump of 2.11m/6’11” to earn honorable mention All-American recognition.

2021-22: Indoor (Freshman II) – Competed in six meets…Won three of five high jump competitions…Cleared a season-best 2.14m/7’0.25” to place second at the AAC Indoor Championships, earning all-conference honors. Outdoor (Sophomore) – Competed in eight meets…Placed top three in five meets, winning the KT Woodman Classic with a season-best 2.18m/7’1.75”…Finished second at the AAC Outdoor Championships, earning all-conference honors with a jump of 2.15m/7’0.5”…Finished 17th at the NCAA West Preliminaries to cap his season.

2020-21 (Freshman): Indoor – Competed seven times in six meets … Cleared a season-best height of 2.05m/6-8.75 in the high jump at the Triangular and the Championship at The Peak … Finished in the top three of all six high jump competitions he competed in … Cleared 1.95m/6-4.75 or better in each of his high jump competitions … Competed in the long jump at the Triangular with a mark of 5.92m/19-5.25 to finish ninth. Outdoor – Competed at seven meets … Qualified for the West Regional in the high jump and tied for 44th … Finishes runner-up in the high jump at the conference meet … Won the high jump at the Shocker Spring Invitational and the John McDonnell Invitational … Never finished worse than third at a regular season high jump competition … Cleared a personal-best height of 2.11m/6-11 in the high jump at the conference meet as well as the John McDonnell Invitational … Also threw the javelin at the AAC Championships and took ninth.
High School: Won the 2019 KSHSAA title in the high jump, clearing 2.09m/6-10.5 … Also finished third in the high jump at the state meet in 2018 and was the state runner-up in the high jump in 2017 … Was a member of the eighth-place 4X100-meter relay team at the 2019 KSHSAA State Championships … Took 10th in the long jump at the 2019 KSHSAA State Championships, jumping 6.05m/19-10.25 … Won the 2019 Northern Plains League Meet in the javelin with a throw of 45.59m/149-7 … Holds his high school’s record in the high jump with a mark of 2.09m/6-10.5 … Also played football, basketball and golf in high school … Was an All-Northern Plains League first team selection in basketball during his junior and senior years … His father, Byron, played golf at Fort Hays State … Plans to study finance at Wichita State.
