2023-24 (Freshman): Cross Country – Raced unattached in four meets…Finished 19
th in the 6K at the JK Gold Classic with a time of 19:26.6…Ran his best 8K at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational, placing 60
th with a time of 25:32.96.
Indoor – Raced in six meets, recording two top-five finishes…Took fourth in the mile at the Friends First Chance meet, running a season-best 4:35.45…Finished fifth in the 5,000 meters at the Wilson Invitational…Ran season bests of 15:20.56 in the 5,000 meters and 8:47.54 in the 3,000 meters at the AAC Championships to place 20

th, respectively.
Outdoor – Did not compete in a Shocker uniform but raced unattached in four meets…Ran a season-best 15:29.63 in the 5,000 meters at the Friends Spring Open and 31:55.06 in the 10,000 meters at the KT Woodman Classic.
