2025-26 (Freshman): Cross Country – Raced in uniform in two meets after competing unattached in three races…Finished 30
th at the American Conference Cross Country Championships with a season-best 8K time of 24:41.4 to be named to the American Conference All-Freshman Team.
Indoor – Competed in five meets…Ran a season best in the 3,000 meters to finish sixth at the Tyson Invitational with a time of 8:09.97…Finished ninth in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:11.20 at the American Conference Indoor Championships…Earned all-conference recognition, running on the third-place distance medley relay at the American Conference Indoor Championships, helping the team score six points.
Outdoor – Competed in seven meets, recording six top-three finishes…Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at both the Arkansas Spring Invitational and the Rock Chalk Classic, recording a season-best time of 8:54.42 at the Rock Chalk Classic, ranking No. 9 in school history…Scored five points for the team with a fourth-place finish in the steeplechase at the American Conference Outdoor Championships with a time of 9:15.70, helping the team with the American Conference team title…Also finished 11
th in the 5,000 meters with a time of 14:47.23…Finished second in the steeplechase at the USATF U20 Championships with a time of 8:58.71 to qualify to the represent Team USA at the World U20 Championships.
High School: Competed for Hastings High School…Class B state record holder in the 3200 meters, Class B state runner up in the 1600 meters, 3200 meters and cross country…Set Hastings High School records in the 1600 and 3200…Named the All-Tribland Cross Country Runner of the Year in 2023…Helped Hastings to a Class B state cross country runner-up team finish.
