2021-22 Cross Country – Competed in all six races for Wichita State … Recorded three top-10 finishes … Opened the season with an eighth-place finish at the JK Gold Classic … Placed fifth at the Greeno/Dirksen Invite to help the Shockers earn the team title … Recorded a season-best 8k time of 24:21.50 in his 12^th-place performance at the Bradley Pink Classic … Earned all-conference honors at the AAC Championships after a 10^th-place performance, helping his team to a second-place team finish … Capped his season at the NCAA Midwest Regional, placing 40^th with a 10k time of 31:27.93. Indoor – Competed in five meets…Won four out of five races in the mile…Placed second in the 1,000 meters at the Triangular…Tied the school record in the mile at the Adidas Classic and then broke it the next meet at the Ichabod Invitational, running 4:01.08…Earned two all-conference honors with his second-place finish in the mile and third-place finish in the distance medley relay at the AAC Indoor Championships. 2020-21: Cross Country (competed in Spring of 2021) – Ran in both meets for the Shockers … Was a part of the scoring effort for the Shockers at both meets … Took 24th at the AAC Championships … Placed ninth at the JK Gold Classic. Indoor – Ran in two races … Won the 3,000 meters at the Triangular with a time of 8:32.37 … Took second in the Mile at the Division I Challenge with a time of 4:06.83. Outdoor – Ran at six meets … Scored team points in the 800 meters (eighth) and 1,500 meters (seventh) at the AAC Championships … Was the runner-up in the 1,500 meters at the Shocker Spring Invitational as well as the KT Woodman Classic … Tallied eight top-10 finishes … Ran a season-best time of 3:44.67 in the 1,500 meters at the John McDonnell Invitational … Had a season-best time of 1:52.22 in the 800 meters at the Rock Chalk Classic.

2019-20: Cross Country - Ran in three races during his first year at Wichita State … Scored in all three meets … Finished fifth in his Shocker debut at the JK Gold Classic … Ran a season-best 8K time of 25:09.8 at the Bill Dellinger Invitational for a 91st-place finish … Finished 180th at Pre-Nationals and was the fifth Shocker across the line. Indoor - Ran at five meets for the Shockers … Anchored the distance medley relay team at the AAC Championships to a come-from-behind victory … Also ran in the Mile prelims and 3,000 meters at the conference championships … Won the Mile at the Triangular … Also competed in the 800 meters at the Triangular and took fourth in his only 800 meters race of the season … Posted a season-best time in 3,000 meters in the evening section at the Jayhawk Classic with a time of 8:30.03 … Ran the Mile and finished with a season-best time of 4:06.71 at the Iowa State Classic, which slotted him at No. 8 in school history … Also ran the Mile at the Husker Invitational and took sixth. Outdoor - 2020 season canceled.

High School: Finished ninth in the 1,500m at the United Kingdom U23 championships. Personal bests: 800m – 1:53.6; 1,500m – 3:43.2.
