Outdoor – Ran at six meets … Scored team points in the 800 meters (eighth) and 1,500 meters (seventh) at the AAC Championships … Was the runner-up in the 1,500 meters at the Shocker Spring Invitational as well as the KT Woodman Classic … Tallied eight top-10 finishes … Ran a season-best time of 3:44.67 in the 1,500 meters at the John McDonnell Invitational … Had a season-best time of 1:52.22 in the 800 meters at the Rock Chalk Classic.
2019-20: Cross Country - Ran in three races during his first year at Wichita State … Scored in all three meets … Finished fifth in his Shocker debut at the JK Gold Classic … Ran a season-best 8K time of 25:09.8 at the Bill Dellinger Invitational for a 91st-place finish … Finished 180th at Pre-Nationals and was the fifth Shocker across the line.Â
Indoor - Ran at five meets for the Shockers … Anchored the distance medley relay team at the AAC Championships to a come-from-behind victory … Also ran in the Mile prelims and 3,000 meters at the conference championships … Won the Mile at the Triangular … Also competed in the 800 meters at the Triangular and took fourth in his only 800 meters race of the season … Posted a season-best time in 3,000 meters in the evening section at the Jayhawk Classic with a time of 8:30.03 … Ran the Mile and finished with a season-best time of 4:06.71 at the Iowa State Classic, which slotted him at No. 8 in school history … Also ran the Mile at the Husker Invitational and took sixth.Â
