2022-23: Cross Country – Raced in five meets for the Shockers…Recorded the top Shocker finish in every race…Opened her season with a JK Gold Classic win…Earned all-conference honors by placing fifth at the AAC Championships…Recorded a season-best 6K time of 20:49.6 at the NCAA Midwest Regional, just missing all-region honors and placing 29^th. Indoor – Competed in five meets…Won the 3,000 meters at the Herm Wilson Invitational with a season-best time of 9:52.94…Finished second in the mile at the Ichabod Invitational in a season-best 4:58.12…Scored a point at the AAC Indoor Championships with an eighth-place performance in the distance medley relay and finished 30^th in the 3,000 meters. 2021-22 Cross Country – Competed in three meets for Wichita State … Opened her season with an eighth-place finish at the JK Gold Classic … Placed 16^th at the Greeno/Dirksen Invite with a 5k season best of 18:09.50 … Placed 43^rd at the Gans Creek Invite before her season ended due to injury. Indoor – Competed in five meets…Placed second in the 3,000 meters at the Herm Wilson Invitational…Finished third in the mile at the All-Kansas Invite…Ran a season-best 9:59.68 in the 3,000 meters at the AAC Indoor Championships to place 19^th and ran on the 11^th-place distance medley relay. Outdoor – Competed in six meets…Finished second in three races…Ran a season-best 5,000-meter time of 16:58.30 at the KT Woodman Classic…Recorded a season-best 4:34.12 in the 1500 meters at the Hayward Premiere…Placed 10^th in the 5,000 meters at the AAC Outdoor Championships.

2019-20: Cross Country - Ran in four races during her first season at Wichita State … Scored for the Shockers at the conference and regional meets … Finished in 30th at the AAC Championships, which was the fifth-best finish for the Wichita State women … Crossed the line in 84th at the Midwest Regional and was the fourth-fastest Shocker at that meet … Made her Wichita State debut with a top-100 finish at the Bill Dellinger Invitational … Finished 124th at Pre-Nationals. Indoor - Ran at five meets for the Shockers … Competed in the 3,000 meters and 5,000 meters at the AAC Championships … Finished the 3,000 meters at the Iowa State Classic in 9:59.62, running her only sub-10 minute 3,000 meters race of the season … Ran a season-best time of 5:06.73 in the Mile at the Husker Invitational … Finished third in the evening section of the Mile at the Jayhawk Classic … Took fourth in her Shocker track debut in the 3,000 meters at the Triangular. Outdoor - 2020 season canceled.

Prior to Wichita State: A four-time NJCAA All-American…Was a member of the 4x800m relay team that won the indoor national title with a time of 9:15.49 and placed second at the NJCAA Outdoor championships (9:06.78)…As a sophomore she finished 13th at the NJCAA Cross Country Championships with a 5K time of 19:37.0…Placed third at the 2019 NJCAA Outdoor Championships as a member of the 4x800 team. Personal bests: 1500m – 4:47; 3000m – 10:26.
