AS A SOPHOMORE (2014)
Was named the MVC Player of Week on March 17, 2014 and named the MVC Newcomer of the week on March 10, April 14, April 21 and May 5 of 2014 in route to becoming the 2014 MVC Player of the Year and the 2014 MVC Newcomer of the Year, the first time ever that the same player won both in the same season…Named to the 2014 All-MVC First Team and the 2014 All-MVC Scholar Athlete First Team…Named to the NFCA Division-I All-Midwest Region First Team…Named to the 2013-14 MVC Honor Roll and the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll during the Spring 2014 semester…Appeared and started in 54 of 55 games...Set the school records in seven categories: batting average (.424), slugging percentage (.812), on-base percentage (.531), total bases (138), runs scored (57), home runs (16) and RBIs (47)…Led the team in four other categories: hits (72), total bases (138), walks (35), putouts (301) and tied for the team lead in doubles (14) and triples (2)...Had the second highest fielding percentage on the team (.997).
AS A FRESHMAN (2013) (At Emporia State)
Appeared and started 56 games, hitting .376 with 18 doubles, a triple and 10 home runs...Scored 32 runs, had 64 hits and 50 RBI...Named MIAA Freshman-of-the-Year, second team All-MIAA Designated Player, second team NFCA All-Region Designated Player, and second team Daktronics All-Central Region Designated Player in 2013.
