AS A JUNIOR (2014)

2014 MVC Honor Roll…2014 MVC Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Award…Named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll in Fall 2013 and Spring 2014…Appeared in 11 games while making two starts…Hit .091, scoring one run with one hit, one RBI and four walks.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2013)

2013 MVC Honor Roll…Earned 2013 MVC Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Award…Named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll during Fall 2012 and Spring 2013 semesters…Hit .240, scored six runs with 30 hits, six doubles and three home runs…Appeared in 50 games, starting 49 and was ranked first in RBI (27) and sacrifice bunts (8)… Had four multi-hit games, the first coming against Western Carolina on March 1 where she saw the plate three times, with two hits, two RBI, a walk and a double…Ranked fourth in home runs (3), sixth in slugging percentage (.360) and hits (30).

AS A FRESHMAN (2012)

Named to the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll during Spring 2012 semester…Appeared in 46 games, starting 40 and hit .198, scoring 10 runs with four doubles, a home run and five RBI…Became a much-improved hitter as the season progressed, raising her average to .239 in conference games…Had three multi-hit games, all in conference play…Recorded nine putouts against UMKC on May 2.

HIGH SCHOOL

Played for the Rock Bridge Bruins, helping the team to a district and sectional championship her senior season…Hit .467 for the Bruins her senior season with 46 hits, 30 RBI, 13 doubles, and four home runs…Named the team’s most valuable player and earned first team all-district honors…Had a career batting average of .396 with 132 hits, 30 doubles, and 53 RBI…Graduated with a 3.7 GPA and was a member of the National Honor Society.

PERSONAL

Born on March 10, 1993 to David and Becky Bond…Has an older brother, Bryce, who played baseball at Truman State University from 2007-11…Majoring in Com. Science and Disorders.
