Brett Forman was named interim head coach on May 31, 2022 following the departure of Danny Bryan for LSU.
Forman joined the WSU men's tennis staff as an assistant coach prior to the 2021-22 season after serving as an assistant at the University of Wisconsin and volunteer assistant for both Princeton University and Michigan State University.

Before going into coaching, Forman was a standout tennis player for the Michigan State Spartans. A four-time Team MVP and three-year team captain, he tallied more than 100 singles victories and earned a national ranking in doubles during his senior season with the Spartans.

Forman graduated with a pair of degrees from Michigan State, earning a bachelor's degree in marketing and a master's degree in sports leadership and coaching.
