As a redshirt junior…Competed in four tournaments during the Shockers’ spring season…Posted a 76.45 stroke average in 11 rounds of play in the spring and a 75.78 stroke average for the year…Shot his low-round score of 70 at the Linger Longer Invitational, where he also recorded his highest finish of the season (T-12th) after shooting a 220 in 54 holes (78-70-72)...Participated in four tournaments on the
Shockers’ fall schedule, and posted a stroke average of 75.2...Posted his best tournament score of 216 (70-72-74) at the Aldila Scenic City Invitational to open the fall season...Finished 33rd at the Jim Colbert Intercollegiate for his highest tournament placing of the fall.

As a redshirt sophomore...Played in four tournaments on WSU’s spring schedule...Recorded his best tournament score of the year, a 220 (71-73-76) at the Diet Pepsi Shocker Classic where he finished 21st for his best placing of the season.

As a sophomore...Did not play in any tournaments.

As a freshman...Sixth on the team with a 76.611 stroke average... Shot his low round of 72 at the MVC Tournament (Apr. 24-26) and the Ron Moore Pioneer Classic (Mar. 20-21)... Best finish, tied for 9th at the MVC Tournament and best 54-hole score of 218 came from the Ron Moore Pioneer Classic... Shot thirteen rounds in the 70s and five in the 80s.

Before he became a Shocker...Lettered four years in both golf and three years in football... Was named second team all Sunflower in football... Named all Metro, all Olathe, and all Johnson County Golf teams his senior year... Recorded a 73.2 stroke average his senior year... Helped lead the Hawks to a league and state championship in golf his freshman year... Academically, Brad was an honor roll student every semester earning a 4.0 grade point average. 

Personal...Born October 26, 1986... Son of Kelly  and Joy Boan... Has two brothers, Kyle and David... Plans to major in mechanical engineering.
