Sophomore (2006-07): Wendell Preadom played in all 31 games with three starts against Bradley, at Missouri State and against Illinois State...Attained a career-high 10 points against UMES on 4-of-6 shooting and a 2-for-4 effort from the line...He made 7-of-13 from the field and 3-of-5 from three-point range on WSU's two-day, three-game trip to British Columbia, Canada, in the fall.

Freshman (2005-06): Played in all but one game, and had starts against Panhandle State and Northwestern State...Had his WSU career-high six points against Texas Southern, and career-high four rebounds against Texas Pan American...He also had four assists against Texas Southern and Texas Pan American in back-to-back games....The Houston native committed to WSU in July, 2005, and joined Houstonites PJ Couisnard, Karon Bradley and Nick Rogers on the roster as a freshman.

High School: Averaged 12 points, five rebounds and four assists for Westbury Christian High School  which won its third-straight Texas Association of Parochial Schools Class 5A title in 2005... Four other of his teammates played Division I basketball... Was ranked as the No. 63 senior by texashoops.com, and was one of 20 players named TAPPs All-State for classes 4, 5 and 6A... Played with the T-Mac All-Stars from Houston...Helped his teams to 22-10, 23-10 and 34-6 records as a sophomore, junior and senior, respectively, and District Championships each season...Was named District 23-5A Newcomer of the Year, first team all-district and all-state.

Personal:  A member of National Honor Society, the Honor Roll and Student of the Week six times... Son of Byron and Cathy Preadom...Born Nov. 26, 1986 in Houston, Texas... Also was shown interest by Evansville, Jacksonville State, Georgetown, Louisiana-Lafayette, Texas-San Antonio, UMass and Lamar...Majoring in Business Management.
