A member of Gregg Marshall's first recruiting class, Toure’ Murry contributed in nearly every facet. The versatile, 6-foot-5 guard is one of only a dozen Shockers to record 1,500 career points. WSU's tremendous depth and Murry’s commitment to playing team basketball likely cost him a few individual honors. Though he was regarded as one of the Valley’s most complete players, he only once made the all-conference team, earning second team honors in 2011 along with a pair of honorable mention nods in 2010 and 12. He was twice voted to the MVC’s All-Defensive Team (2010, 11) and finished his career ranked in WSU’s top-5 all-time with 180 steals. Though he was never the team’s primary point guard, he nevertheless finished his career as the school’s career assists leader with 430 (before ceding the mantle to Fred VanVleet in 2015). Murry played a key role in the Shockers' return to prosperity with an NIT Championship in 2011, followed by an MVC title and NCAA Tournament bid in 2012. The Team reached the postseason in all four of his seasons and won 98 games.

Made his NBA regular season debut in 2013-14 with the New York Knicks and appeared in 51 games… Signed on with the Utah Jazz in 2014-15 and later logged time with the Washington Wizards… In between NBA assignments, won a pair of championships in the NBA D-League with Rio Grande Valley (2013) and Sioux Falls (2016).

Scored in double-figures each of the first six games with 16 against FDU, 15 against UAM, a season-high 20 against Pitt, 18 against Iowa, 15 at Cleveland St. and 13 against ASU... Had a career-high seven assists in each of the first two games, then matched it with seven against CU in Wichita... Spent time at both the point and two guard with the absence of Clevin Hannah in the first three games... Also got time at the point as a sophomore... Klein Forest High School: Named first team all-district, second-team all-state and first team all-region during senior year... Helped KLHS to a 114-28 record in his four seasons... As a senior, averaged 18 points, seven rebounds, four assists and one steal per game to help the Golden Eagles to a 33-3 record and the state semi-finals... Helped his team win the district, area and regional titles as a senior...As a junior, averaged 10 points, five rebounds and 3.5 assists...Career highs were 36 points, 11 rebounds, nine assists and four steals.
