Biography
Freshman (2005-06): Ryan Bradley played in nine games, and had a career-high seven minutes against Texas Pan American when he was 2-of-4 from the field in a four-point effort as one of three 6-foot-10 players on WSU’s roster as a freshman...He played one minute against Seton Hall with two points in the NCAA Tournament... He orally committed to WSU and signed in Nov., 2004.
High School: Played for coach Dave Magley, where he became the schools all-time leading scorer... He lettered four years and was team captain as a junior and senior...Led the Panthers to a 90-34 record in four years....Helped his 2005 team to the Class 1A—Regional 2 final with a 20-9 record, earning Manatee Player-of-the-Year honors, as well as all-state, first team all-county, and first team all-area honors... Averaged 26 points, 14 rebounds, and 3.5 assists a game ... His game career highs were 35 points, 19 rebounds, eight assists and four steals ... As a junior, averaged 19 points and 12 rebounds while shooting 70 percent from the field to lead the Panthers to the Final Four as regional and Bay Conference champs... ... An all-Manatee County and honorable mention selection in all-Class 1A ... Floridahoops.com ranked him as the state’s 43rd-best college prospect as a junior.
Personal: The son of Scott and Deborah Bradley...Born Sept 22, 1986 in Flint, Mich...Has a brother, Shawn, and sisters Danielle, and Nicole...At age 12 was ranked as a swimmer in the Top 20 for his age group, but grew from 5-8 to 6-4 from eighth to ninth grade...Deciding on major at WSU...Visited Appalachian State, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, Stetson, Furman, Albany, and was shown interest from UCLA.
