Sixth Man of the Year in the American Athletic Conference… Appeared in all 28 games with seven starts and averaged 12.0 points (tops among AAC reserves), 5.4 rebounds and 1.1 steals… Ranked third in the conference in free throw percentage at .849 (90-of-106)… Scored a team-best 18.1 points-per-40-minutes… Was the team’s leading scorer on 10 occasions and registered three 20-point games and two double-doubles… Made the AAC’s weekly honor roll three times (Jan. 31, Feb. 7 and Feb. 20) over a span of four weeks in late January and early February… Drew a team-high 4.5 fouls-per-40-minutes… Threw down 15 dunks.

- In the regular season finale against ECU (Mar. 5), scored 16 of his game-high 20 points in the second half to spark a 70-62 win.
- Shared high-scoring honors with 20 points and tallied seven rebounds in a 72-57 win over SMU (Feb. 5).
- Erupted for a career-high 31 points on 16-of-20 free throw shooting (most makes by a Shocker in 59 years) to key an 84-79 victory over UCF (Jan. 26). 22 of his points came over the final 11:08.
- Secured his first career double-double against Tulane (Jan. 12) with 12 points and a career-high 15 boards.
- Handed out a personal-best six assists in 23 turnover-free minutes against Norfolk State (Dec. 18).
- Scored 12 of his game-high 17 points over the final 10 minutes to help erase an eight-point deficit in a win at Oklahoma State (Dec. 1)

Named to the American Athletic Conference’s All-Freshman Team… Appeared in 21 of the 22 games with one start and averaged 7.1 points and 3.4 rebounds in 15.6 minutes… Made 12 threes on 44 percent accuracy and was 35-of-55 at the foul line (.636)… Drew an average of 5.03 fouls-per-40-minutes… Was one of the league’s most impactful bench scorers, averaging  18.2 points-per-40-minutes (11
th-best among AAC regulars)… One of just three players to average 20+ points-per-40 during AAC play, putting up 20.3 points over 13 conference contests.

Notable Performances:
- Earned Jan. 10 AAC freshman of the week honors after scoring a season-high 23 points in 23 minutes against Cincinnati (Jan. 10) – the most points by a Shocker true freshman in nearly a dozen years. He was 8-for-11 from the field and 7-for-11 at the line with six rebounds…Â
- Supplied 11 points in 17 minutes to key an upset of No. 6 Houston (Feb. 18). Eight of those points came in the last six minutes of the first half, helping the Shockers erase a 12-point deficit.
- Missed the season-opener as part of COVID-19 protocol and played sparingly in losses to Mizzou and Oklahoma State before a breakthrough performance in the conference opener at Tulsa (Dec. 15) which included team-highs 13 points and eight rebounds.
- Earned a spot on the Dec. 21 AAC Honor Roll by delivering another 13 points and eight boards in a weekend win over Emporia State (Dec. 18).
- Made his first career start in his sixth career game against Newman (Dec. 30) and finished with eight points.
