Biography

2019-20 (Freshman):
5-foot-11 spark plug played himself into the rotation late in the year… Averaged 1.4 points and 1.2 assists in just under 10 minutes-per-game… Saw time in 21 games and made three starts at point guard… Posted three assists and a career-high three steals in a win over Temple (Feb. 27)... Hit both three-point tries for six points at Cincinnati (Feb. 23)... Made his first career start at UCF (Feb. 13) and finished with seven points and two assists... Tallied of six of WSU’s 29 assists in a 103-62 win over UT Martin (Nov. 16)... After a strong summer, missed nine weeks with a foot injury. Returned to full practice on Nov. 7 and made his Shocker debut against Texas Southern two days later (Nov. 9), handing out one assist in eight minutes… Arrived at 152 pounds but packed on 20 pounds in the weight room... Transferred to UMass after the season with three seasons of eligibility remaining.
 
High School/Prep School:
Took a prep year in 2018-19 at Woodstock Academy in northeastern Connecticut as a member of the Post-Grad Gold Squad, which included at least seven Division I signees… Team earned the top seed at the National Prep Championship and finished the year 36-2… Three-star prospect, per ESPN and 247Sports… Rated No. 215 in the Class of 2019 on 247Sports’ composite list, No. 23 among point guards… Announced his commitment via Twitter on Sep. 16, 2018 – one day after his official visit. Chose WSU over offers from DePaul, UMass, Rhode Island, Temple, St. Bonaventure and more…. Played 2018 summer ball for Expressions Elite in EYBL and averaged 12.9 points, 4.8 assists in 21 games… All-Peach Jam Honorable Mention. Put up 13.8 points, 6.8 assists, 4.6 rebounds and 1.8 steals in five games… 2018 graduate of Tabor Academy in Marion, Mass… Played three seasons… First Team All-NEPSAC (Class A) as a senior and earned ISL all-league honors… Averaged more than 20 points per game in 2017-18 and helped his team the NEPSAC Class A semifinals… Played his freshman season as Old Rochester Regional in Mattapoisett where he averaged 15.8 points and helped the Bulldogs to the first MIAA state basketball championship in school history.
