In his first season of collegiate basketball, Jones started all 31 games for Blinn, averaging 12.4 points, 4.8 assists, 2.9 rebounds and 2.1 steals a game... He scored 10 or more points in 26 of the 31 games, while dishing out multiple assists in every game... Led the Region 14 in assists and ranked second in steals... He scored a season high 22 points on Dec. 10 at Lamar State College, dished out a season-high eight assists on Feb. 28 at Bossier Parish CC and swiped a season-best six steals at Lee College on Jan. 21.
