High School: A Rivals three-star prospect out of the Episcopal School of Dallas (Texas)… Averaged 14 points, 6 rebounds, 8 assists and 2 steals per game as a senior, while playing the point guard position… Father, Corey Sr., was the team’s head coach… Played summer ball for Team Bizness and the Dallas Mustangs…

Personal: Corey Michael Henderson, Jr… Born Aug. 1, 1995 in Dallas, Texas… Son of Corey and Dawan Henderson… Father played basketball for Texas A&M, where he was a 1991-92 Southwest Conference All-Freshman performer, and later played professionally in Australia… Uncle, Chuck Henderson, also played for Texas A&M in the early 90s and still ranks in the top 10 in several single-season and career three-point shooting categories… Has one brother Colby (10) and one sister Caitlyn (13)… Chose WSU for its educational opportunities, as well as the coaching staff… Majoring in Sports Management.
