Bishop Carroll High School: Helped improve BCHS from a 6-14 record his sophomore year, to 11-9 as a junior and 15-10 as a senior...Helped the Eagles advance to the state title game for the first time in school history for head coach Lonnie Lollar...He averaged 16.6 points, three rebounds, four assists and 1.3 steals...Scored a career high of 32 points...Named first-team all-city, first-team all-metro, third-team all-state, first-team 5A all-state and was chosen to the Mid-Kansas All-Star team...Named BCHS Senior Scholar-Athlete of the Year...Also lettered three years in football, earning second-team all-city and KFCA 5A all-State as a quarterback, while helping lead his team to the 5A State Championship game...Also chosen to play in the 2008 Shrine Bowl.
Personal: Son of Craig, Sr., and Linda Steven...Born Oct. 30, 1989, in Wichita, Kan....Has a brother, Craig, Jr., and sisters, Taylor, Leigh, and Michelle... He is the third sibling in the family to play basketball at Wichita State as his brother, Craig, played from 1998-00 and is the color analyst on Shocker telecasts, and his sister, Taylor, just completed her career on the women's basketball team.
