2021-22 Cross Country – Won four of the five races she completed, including the JK Gold Classic, the Gans Creek Invite and the Bradley Pink Classic … Highlighted her season with an individual win at the AAC Championships with a time of 21:03.30, earning all-conference honors … Earned all-region honors after placing 17th at the NCAA Midwest Regionals. Indoor – Competed in six meets…Placed in the top three in every race…Won the 800 meters at the All-Kansas Invite, the 3,000 meters at the Herm Wilson Invitational and the mile at the Ichabod Invitational…Finished second in both the mile and the 3,000 meters at the AAC Indoor Championships, earning two all-conference honors and scoring 16 points for the team. Outdoor – Did not compete in a Shocker uniform.

2020-21: Cross Country (competed in Spring of 2021) – Ran in both races the Shockers competed in as a team … Took fifth place at the AAC Championships … Earned all-conference honors for her performance at the conference meet … Ran 21:12.30 over 6,000 meters at the conference meet … Took third at the JK Gold Classic … Ran a time of 17:40.03 over 5,000 meters at the JK Gold Classic … Scored in both meets for the Shockers. Indoor – Ran in four races … Ran the Mile three times … Ran a season-best time of 4:57.00 in the Mile at the Division I Challenge … Ran the 800 meters at the Triangular and took fifth … Was the runner-up in the Mile at the Championship at The Peak. Outdoor – Ran at seven meets … Qualified for the West Regional in the 1,500 meters and took 39th … Took fourth in the 800 meters at the AAC Championships … Placed fifth in the 1,500 meters at the conference meet … Won the 800 meters at the Wichita State Open … Had nine top-10 finishes … Ran a season-best time of 4:23.33 in the 1,500 meters at the Wichita State Open … Had a season-best time in the 800 meters at the conference meet with a time of 2:07.82.

2019-20: Cross Country - Competed in five races for the Wichita State women … Finished as the third-best Shocker in all but one of those races … Earned all-conference honors with a 13th-place finish at the AAC Championships … Finished 38th at the Midwest Regional and was the third Shocker woman across the line … Finished third at the JK Gold Classic … Ran a season-best time of 20:58.2 at the Bill Dellinger Invitational where she finished 39th overall … Took 60th place at Pre-Nationals. Indoor - Ran at five meets for Wichita State … Barely missed the final with a ninth-place finish in the prelims of the 800 meters at the AAC Championships … Also ran in the 3,000 meters at the AAC Championships … Won the evening section of the Mile at the Jayhawk Classic … Ran a season-best time in the Mile at the Iowa State Classic with a time of 4:54.76 … Ran a season-best time of 2:12.37 in the 800 meters at the Husker Invitational … Competed in the 800 meters (third) and Mile (sixth) at the Triangular. Outdoor - 2020 season canceled.

2018-19: Cross Country - Helped the Shockers win the American Athletic Conference team title, finishing 18th overall with a time of 23:32.89...Recorded three top-25 finishes, including a 10th place finish at the J.K. Gold Classic 4K with a personal best time of 14:49.6...Ran a personal best 5K (18:03.5) to finish 24th at the 30th Annual Chile Pepper Invitational...Finished 48th at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 21:33.5. Indoor - Opened the season with two top-3 finishes at the Hawkeye Invitational, placed second in the 800m with a time of 2:13.68 and third as a member of the 4x400m relay in 3:48.44...Recorded two personal bests at the KU/KSU/WSU Triangular on Jan. 18, finished fifth in the 600yd with the fifth fastest time in Shocker history of 1:26.34 and eighth in the 200m in 27.15...Placed second in the Pitt State Invitational 800m clocking in at 2:11.77, a personal best at the time...Came away with three top-5 finishes at the Fourth Annual Gorilla Classic, won the mile in a personal best 4:57.68, finished second as a member of the DMR in the 10th fastest time in school history of 12:00.18 and placed fifth as a member of the 4x400m (3:51.84)...Earned all-conference honors as a member of the DMR team that won the American Athletic Conference title with the third fastest time in Shocker history of 11:32.19, also recorded the fifth fastest 800m in school history of 2:11.00 in the preliminaries, before finishing sixth in the finals with a time of 2:11.02. Outdoor - Ran 11 races in six meets...Opened the season finishing second in the Herm Wilson Invitational 1500m with a time of 4:34.00...Recorded two event titles at the K.T. Woodman Classic winning the 800m in 2:13.58 and the 1500m in 4:33.16...Placed third in the 92nd Kansas Relays 800m with a time of 2:14.17...Ran the ninth fastest 1500m (4:29.39) in Shocker history at the 110th Drake Relays...Scored seven points in two events to help the Shocker women claim the American Athletic Conference team title, finished fifth in the 1500m (4:33.27) and sixth in the 800m (2:14.17), also ran the sixth fastest 800m (2:10.76) in the prelims of the 800m.

2017-18: Cross Country - Ran in six races, including two top-20 finishes...Finished 11th at the Missouri Southern Stampede 5K with a time of 18:13.4...Placed 20th at the J.K. Gold Classic with a time of 14:53.1...Ran 23:08.9 to finish 39th at the American Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships. Indoor - Redshirted and competed unattached...Was part of the the 4x400m that won the Shocker Prelude in 3:57.81...Finished second in the 400m (58.25) at the Herm Wilson Invitational and second in the 600m (1:36.53) at the Shocker Prelude. Outdoor - Redshirted and competed unattached...Won the Central Missouri Mule Relays 800m with a time of 2:14.42...Finished third at the Shocker Open in the 1500m with a time of 4:52.71.

High School: Lettered four years in track and field and three years in cross country...Four-time KSHSAA 6A state qualifier in track and field...Won the 400m in 2016 and second in 2015, finished second in the 400m and third in the 800m her senior year...Personal best – 19:15.0 in the 5K, 2:25.0 in the 800m, and 57.1 in the 400m.
