Indoor – Raced in seven meets, winning five races…Broke the 600 yards school record to win the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular with a time of 1:09.53…Broke the 600-meter school record, running 1:18.06 to win the Prairie Wolf Invitational…Won the 800 at the Mark Colligan Memorial…Ran the second-fastest 800-meter time in school history to break the American Conference record and earn AAC Track Athlete of the Week recognition at the Arkansas Qualifier, running 1:47.21…Ran the third-fastest mile time in school history to finish third at the Washburn Open in 4:03.50…Won the 800 meters at the AAC Indoor Championships, breaking the AAC meet record with a time of 1:47.55, and ran on the school record breaking and second-place 4x400-meter relay (3:08.25), scoring 18 points for the team.
Outdoor – Raced in eight meets, claiming two relays wins, one individual win, and six top-five finishes…Ran the second-fastest 800 time in school history to finish fourth in the elite section at the Bryan Clay Invitational, running 1:46.73…Recorded the sixth-fastest 1500 time in school history at the Oregon Team Invitational with a time of 3:43.50…Ran on two school record-breaking 4x400-meter relays, winning the TCU Horned Frog Invite in 3:06.79…Won the American 800-meter title with a time of 1:49.54, finished second in the 1500 meters with a time of 3:51.00, and ran on the fourth-place 4x400-meter relay, scoring 23 points for the team…Qualified to the NCAA West Preliminaries in the 800 meters and 4x400…Finished 12

Outdoor – Did not compete in a Shocker uniform but won all five races he competed in unattached…Won the 800 meters at the Shocker Spring Invitational, the KT Woodman Classic, the Kansas Relays and the Shocker Open, running a season-best time of 1:48.75 at the Kansas Relays…Won the 1500 meters at the Shocker Spring Invitational in 3:50.15…Competed at the Swedish Championships, finishing sixth in the 800 meters.
2021-23 (Prior to Wichita State at Iowa Central CC): Placed 13th at the 2021 NJCAA DI Cross Country Championships as a freshman...Qualified to the 2022 NJCAA Indoor Championships in three events, finishing seventh in the 600 meters, eighth in the 1,000 meters and fourth in the distance medley relay...Competed in three events at the 2022 NJCAA Outdoor Championships, placing 26th in the 800 meters, second in the 1500 meters and eighth in the 4x800-meter relay...Finished 19th at the 2022 NJCAA Cross Country Championships...Placed third in the 600 meters and ninth in the 1,000 meters at the 2023 NJCAA Indoor Championships.
