2020-21: Cross Country (competed in Spring of 2021) – Qualified for her third consecutive NCAA Championship … Won her third straight individual conference championship … Won the JK Gold Classic for the second consecutive year … Placed 125th at the NCAA Championships … Ran her best time over 6,000 meters at the conference meet with a time of 20:49.24 … Led the Shockers in each of their meets.
Indoor – Ran in five races … Won four of those races … Ran season bests in the Mile and 3,000 meters at the Triangular … Won the Mile and 3,000 meters at the Championship at The Peak … Won the 5,000 meters at the Division I Challenge.
Outdoor – Ran at five meets … Took fifth in the 10,000 meters at the AAC Championships … Also took ninth in the 5,000 meters at the conference meet … Won the 1,500 meters at the KT Woodman Classic … Ran in the 10,000 meters invitational section at the Hayward Premiere and ran a season-best time of 34:12.23 … Had five top-10 finishes … Ran a season-best time in the 5,000 meters with a time of 16:50.09 at the John McDonnell Invitational.
2019-20: Cross Country - Repeated as conference champion, winning the conference meet in 20:15 … Went back to the NCAA Championships for the second consecutive year … Finished 47th at Nationals, just barely off a second straight All-American honor … Won the JK Gold Classic in 13:48.5 … Ran what coach Kirk Hunter called the “best race of her career” at Pre-Nationals where she finished seventh … Finished 13th and ran a season-best time of 20:14.5 at the Bill Dellinger Invitational … Was named Academic All-American.
Indoor - Ran in seven races for Wichita State … Finished as the runner-up in the 5,000 meters at the AAC Championships to earn all-conference honors … Also finished fourth in the 3,000 meters at the AAC Championships, barely missing out on another all-conference honor … Opened her season with a season-best time in the 5,000 meters at the BU Season Opener with a time of 16:16.75 … Won the 3,000 meters at the Triangular … Competed in elite fields at the Iowa State Classic in the 5,000 meters Invitational section and in the 5,000 meters at the UW Invitational.
Outdoor - 2020 season canceled.
2018-19: Cross Country - One of three Shockers to earn American Athletic Conference all-conference honors...Recorded four top-3 finishes...Led the Shockers to an American Athletic Conference team title, while winning the individual title with a time of 21:51.96...Became the first Shocker since 2012 to earn All-American honors finishing 35th at the NCAA Championships with a time of 20:32.1.
Indoor - Competed in six meets...Opened the season at the Boston University/Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener on Dec. 1, she finished 24th in the 5000m race with a time of 16:17.22...She ran a personal best mile time of 4:57.37 to finish fifth at the Hawkeye Invitational...Won the KU/KSU/WSU Triangular 3000m with a time of 9:53.11...Ran a personal best 3000m in 9:30.46, the sixth fastest in Shocker history, to finish second at the Pitt State Invitational...Recorded the third fastest 5000m in school history on Feb. 9 finishing 12th at the Husky Classic with a time of 16:05.65...Ran the 3000m and 5000m at the American Athletic Conference Championships, finishing with all-conference honors in each race. Won the 5000m with a time of 16:23.64 and placed third in the 3000m clocking in at 9:39.84.
Outdoor - Ran 10 races in seven meets...Opened the season break a 31-year old 3000m school record winning the Herm Wilson Invitational with a time of 9:40.68...Won the K.T. Woodman Classic 5000m race in 16:23.65...Clocked a personal best 4:29.30 to finish second in the Drake Relays 1500m, the eighth fastest time in Shocker history...Defended her American Athletic Conference 10,000m title winning the race for a second consecutive year in 34:24.94, also earned all-conference honors finishing second in the 5000m race in 16:37.97...Was an NCAA West Regional qualifier in the 10,000m (20th, 34:30.59) and 5000m (34th, 16:32.57).
2017-18: Cross Country - Ran in six races, including two top-10 finishes...Finished seventh at the J.K. Gold Classic 4K with a time of 14:17.5...Ran a 17:18.6 5k to finish second at the Missouri Southern Stampede...Placed 18th at the American Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships 6K with a time of 22:12.1.
Indoor - Ran in six races at five meets, including five top-10 finishes...Finished second in the mile (5:12.80) at the Herm Wilson Invitational...Ran the 10th fastest indoor 5000m in Shocker history at the American Athletic Conference Indoor Championships, finished sixth with a time of 17:05.16.
Outdoor - Competed in seven meets, including six top-3 finishes...Won the K.T. Woodman Classic 5000m (17:57.37) and Central Missouri Mule Relays 1500m (4:40.82)...Finished second in the 3000m (9:57.04) at the Arkansas Spring Invitational with the ninth fastest time in Shocker history...Earned all-conference honors winning the 5000m (16:49.01) and 10,000m (35:21.14) at the American Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships...Ran the third fastest 10,000m (33:30.31) time in Shocker history finishing 21st at the NCAA West Preliminary.
2016-17: Redshirted and competed unattached.
Indoor - Ran the 3000m at the Shocker Prelude (11:06.97) and Herm Wilson Invitational (11:40.26).
Outdoor - Ran the 5000m and 1500m, including a third place finish in the 1500m with a time of 4:53.82 at the Shocker Open.
