2013 (JUNIOR): INDOOR- Ran a personal best of 1:52.59 in the 800m to win his first career conference title at the MVC Indoor Championships. Improved his personal record in the mile with a time of 4:18.77 at the Varsity Apartments Invitational. Ran the second leg of the Shocker first place distance medley relay team at the Iowa State Classic. Placed second in the 800m at the Adidas Classic with a time of 1:53.84. OUTDOOR- Ran a personal best of 1:51.46 in the 800m run at the Mt. SAC Relays. Placed third in the 800m run at the MVC Outdoor Championships with a time of 1:52.48. Improved his PR in the 1,500m with a time of 3:53.83 at the Beach Invitational.
2012 (SOPHOMORE): INDOOR - Ran a personal-best 1000m time of 2:32.54 at the Herm Wilson Invitational...Ran a personal-best 800m at the SPIRE Division I Indoor Track & Field Invitational (1:55.89)...Competed in the 800m at the MVC Indoor Championships...OUTDOOR - Competed in the 800m at the MVC Outdoor Championships...Ran a personal best 1:52.77 at the Kansas Relays, finishing first.
