Indoor - Ran six races, setting two personal bests...Opened the season running a personal best mile time of 4:30.64 at the Hawkeye Invitational...Won the Shocker Prelude 3000m race with a time of 8:45.74...Ran a personal best 5000m time of 14:51.51 to finish eighth at the Pitt State Invitational...Recorded an 8:46.58 3000m and 15:06.22 5000m times at the American Athletic Conference Championships.
Outdoor - Ran races at 3000, 5000m and 10,000m distances during the outdoor season...Finished seventh in the 3000m (8:52.95) at the Herm Wilson Invitational season opener...Clocked a personal best 10,000m time of 30:42.13 to finish second at the K.T. Indoor - Redshirted and competed unattached...Won the Shocker Prelude 3000m with a time of 8:50.61...Finished eighth in the mile (4:31.81) at the Herm Wilson Invitational.
Outdoor - Competed in six meets...Ran personal bests in the first two meets of the season, placed 17th in the 1500m (4:09.28) at the Arkansas Spring Invitational and 44th in the 10,000m (31:11.35) at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival...Finished ninth in the Central Missouri Mule Relays 1500m with a time of 4:09.94...Ran a 15:21.31 5000m to finish 11th at the American Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships.
2016-17: Cross Country – Ran in five races, including a sixth place finish in the 6K with a time of 18:58.6 at the J.K. Gold Invitational…Finished 12th at the MVC Conference Championships and 74th at the Midwest Region Championships.
Indoor – Recorded three top ten finishes, including a fifth place finish with a personal best 8:36.36 in the 3000m.
Outdoor – Competed in two meets…set a personal best in the 5000m with a time 14:47.89 at the Emporia State Relays…Finished second in the 10,000m (31:16.72) at the K.T. Woodman Classic.

Junior College: Was sixth in the NJCAA Outdoor National Championship in the 10k and ninth in the 5k in 2016, and seventh in the NJCAA Indoor Championship in the 5K for the red Devils... Personal Bests - 8:52.92 in the 3k; 14:44.24 in the 5k and 30:51.41 in the 10k.
High School: Lettered four years in cross country and four years in track and field for the Eagles.
