2024-25 (Redshirt-Freshman): Cross Country – Raced in the JK Gold Classic as training for multi-event competition. Indoor – Competed in seven meets, completing three pentathlons…Took fourth in the pentathlon at the Shocker Multi with 3,387 points…Took 13th in the pentathlon at the AAC Indoor Championships with 3,347 points. Outdoor – Competed in seven meets, completing two heptathlons…Took third in the Shocker Heptathlon with 4,366 points…Took 12th in the heptathlon at the AAC Outdoor Championships with 4,134 points, throwing the fifth-best shot put mark of the competition, 11.99m/39’4”.

2023-24 (Freshman): Cross Country – Raced in the JK Gold Classic as training for multi-event competition. Indoor – Did not compete in a Shocker uniform but competed unattached in four meets, completing two pentathlons. Won the pentathlon at the Wilson Invitational with a season-best 3,191 points, running the fastest 800 meters of the day in 2:28.33.  Outdoor – Did not compete in a Shocker uniform but competed unattached in five meets, completing one heptathlon…Took seventh in the Wichita State Multi heptathlon with 4,455 points…Finished sixth in the 800 meters with a time of 2:28.28 at the Shocker Open.

High School: Competed for Liberty HS in Liberty, Mo….Seven-time state track and field qualifier…Qualified to state in four different events…Earned all-state recognition in the triple jump…Was the 2023 conference champion in the 300-meter hurdles and triple jump…Two-time district team champion (2022, 23)…Member of the 2023 conference championship-winning team…Also played basketball, earning all-conference and all-district recognition and leading the district in rebounds…National Honor Society member…Four-time academic letter winner. HS personal bests: 800m – 2:28, 100H – 16.2, 300H – 46.61, HJ – 1.52m/5’0”, LJ – 5.26m/17’3.25”, TJ – 10.92m/35’10”
 
Personal: Daughter of Aaron and Jennifer…Dad played basketball at Benedictine College…Has four siblings, Madelynn, AJ, Hayden and Noah…Sister, Madelynn, is a member of the Iowa State track and field, since 2019.
