Indoor – Raced in five meets…Finished runner-up in the invite section of the 3,000 meters at the Thane Baker Invite…Placed second in the 5,000 meters with a season-best time of 16:11.67 (No. 4 in program history) and fifth in the 3,000 meters with a season-best time of 9:30.24 (No. 7 in program history) at the American Conference Indoor Championships, scoring 12 points for the team and earning all-conference recognition in the 5,000 meters.
Outdoor – Raced in five meets, claiming three wins…Won the 1500 at the Friend Spring Open with a time of 4:39.02…Won the invite section of the 10,000 meters at the Bryan Clay Invitational, running a season-best time of 33:20.55, good for No. 3 in program history…Won the conference title in the 10,000 meters with a time of 34:45.25 and finished fourth in the 5,000 meters with a time of 16:59.51 at the American Conference Outdoor Championships, scoring 15 points for the team and earning all-conference recognition in the 10,000…Qualified to the NCAA West First Rounds in the 10,000 meters where she finished 19
th with a time of 33:28.83.

2023-24 (Junior): Cross Country – Raced in five meets for the Shockers, finishing as the top Shocker in all five races and placing in the top three four times…Opened her season with a JK Gold Classic win, running 17:42.5 in the 5K…Ran a season-best 17:19.67 to place third in the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational 5K…Finished third at the Gans Creek Classic with a season-best 6K time of 20:41.0…Ran 20:45.8 to finish as the AAC Championship runner up, earning all-conference recognition…Placed 22
nd at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 21:11.7 to be named all-region.Â
Indoor – Raced in four meets, winning one race and finishing top five four times…Won the 3,000 meters at the Ichabod Invitational in 9:52.82…Ran a season-best 9:36.08, the ninth-fastest time in school history to finish fifth and score four points at the AAC Championships…Was disqualified from the 5,000 meters after an unfortunate fall knocked her off the track, and the official made the subjective call that she did not make it back on the track fast enough.
Outdoor – Raced in six meets, claiming three top-two finishes…Finished second in the 3,000 meters at the Shocker Spring Invitational with a time of 9:53.40…Ran the fourth-fastest 10,000 meters in school history, finishing fifth at the Bryan Clay Invitational in 33:41.31…Ran a season-best 16:29.17 in the 5,000 meters, the seventh-fastest time in school history, to finish 17
th at the Drake Relays…Was the runner up in both the 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters after recovering from a fall in the 10,000 meters, at the AAC Championships, earning all-conference recognition in both events…Qualified to the NCAA West Preliminaries in the 10,000 meters where she finished 11
th after entering the meet ranked 25
th , punching her ticket to the NCAA Championships…Earned All-America Honorable Mention recognition, finishing 17
th at the NCAA Championships with a time of 34:18.02.
2021-23 (at Cloud County CC): Two-time national champion, winning the NJCAA Outdoor 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters in 2023…Five-time regional champion over 5,000m/10,000m…Won 13 races in two years…Set program records in the 1500 meters, 3,000 meters, 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters…National team runners up in cross country and outdoor track and field…Regional team champions.
