2007 (Junior): Redshirted indoor season...Won both the 1500m (4:30.00) and 5000m (16:51.32) at the MVC Outdoor Championships...Placed seventh in the 5000m (16:29.05) at the NCAA Midwest Regional...Placed 26th at the NCAA Outdoor National Championships in the 5000m (16:45.82)...Won the 5000m (16:34.90) at the Tulsa Duels and the 3000m (9:50.80) at the Tulsa Duels...Also won the 1500m (4:25.77) at the Missouri Relays..Regionally qualified in both the 1500m and 5000m.

Cross Country

2008 (Junior/Senior): INDOOR - Earned all-MVC honors in three events at the MVC Championships, including an individual championships in the 5000m with a time of 17:06.99...Placed second in the 3000m (9:53.57) and third in the mile (4:55.42)...Won the mile at the adidas Classic with a time of 4:55.33...Placed 17th in the 3000m at the Iowa State Classic, clocking a time of 9:54.97...OUTDOOR - Redshirted.

2007 (Junior): Ran in six races during the season...Won the individual title three times during the 2007 season including the J.K. Gold Classic, Bradley Classic, and the MVC Championships...Placed 10th at the NCAA Midwest Regional to narrowly miss a berth the the national meet...Ran a season-best 5K while placing sixth at the highly competitive Notre Dame Invitational...Placed third at the Hawkeye Invitational (13:57.06).

Cloud County [Kan.] CC: Team placed third at NJCAA Indoor Nationals her freshman season...Earned All-Jayhawk East and All-Region VI accolades as a T-bird...Hamilton High School: Wisconsin State 1600 meter champion as a senior...Earned District Runner of the Year honors...Was a four-year state qualifier in both cross country and track...Lettered in cross country, basketball, and track...Personal bests of 4:58 in the mile and 10:25 in the 3K while at Cloud County CC.
