Indoor – Raced in six meets…Claimed two individual top-five finishes, taking fifth in the 1,000 meters at the KU-KSU-WSU Triangular and fourth in the 1,000 meters at the Steve Miller Invitational…Ran on the winning distance medley relay at the Ichabod Invitational…Finished 28
th in the 3,000 meters and ran on the sixth-place DMR at the AAC Indoor Championships.
Outdoor – Raced in four meets…Won the 3K steeplechase at the John McDonnell Invitational with a time of 9:18.98…Finished third in the 1500 meters at the ESU Relays…Took sixth at the AAC Outdoor Championships in the steeplechase, scoring three points for the team.
2023-24 (Freshman at Southern Illinois): Cross Country – Raced in six meets, recording a season-best 8K time of 25:46.9 to finish 37
th at the Redbird Invite…Placed 45
th at the Missouri Valley Conference Championship…Ran 33:05.9 in the 10K at the NCAA Midwest Regional to finish 133

High School: Competed for Hillsboro High School…Earned All-State recognition in cross country and track and field, leading his team to win the 2022 Missouri State Cross Country Championship title…Ran on the winning 4x800-meter relay at the 2023 Missouri Class 4 Championships.
