2023-24: Cross Country – Raced in five meets for the Shockers, finishing as the Shockers’ top finisher twice…Opened his season with a third-place finish at the JK Gold Classic, helping the team to the team title with a personal-best 18:20.0 in the 6K…Broke the Wichita State 8K record at the AAC Championships, running 23:31.7 to finish 15^th and earn all-conference recognition…Finished his career at the NCAA Midwest Regional, running 31:48.4 in the 10K to placed 52^nd.

2022-23: Cross Country – Raced in all five meets for the Shockers…Finished fifth at the JK Gold Classic to open the season…Recorded a season-best 8K time of 25:25.0 at the AAC Championships where he placed 36^th to help the team to a second-place team finish…Capped the season with a 91^st-place performance at the NCAA Midwest Regional. Indoor – Competed in five meets…Ran a season-best 8:20.35 in the 3,000 meters at the Ichabod Invitational…Recorded a season-best 14:41.51 in the 5,000 meters at the Husker Invitational…Finished 13^th in the 5,000 meters and 20^th in the 3,000 meters at the AAC Indoor Championships. Outdoor – Competed in five meets…Won the 10,000 meters at the KT Woodman Classic with a season-best time of 29:58.24, moving up to seventh all-time in Shocker history…Scored four points towards the Shockers’ second-straight team title at the AAC Outdoor Championships, placing fifth in the 10,000 meters and 10^th in the 5,000 meters.

2021-22 Cross Country – Competed in all six races for Wichita State … Opened the season with a top-10 finish at the JK Gold Classic … Ran a season-best 8k at the Greeno/Dirksen Invitational with a time of 24:54.40, helping the Shockers win the team title with his 11^th-place finish … Raced to a top-25 finish at the AAC Championships and was the seventh Shocker to cross the line in the team’s second-place effort … Capped his season with a 31:47.19 performance in the 10k at the NCAA Midwest Regionals, finishing 60^th. Indoor – Competed in five meets…Placed third in the 3,000m at the Triangular…Recorded top-10 finishes in five races, including a 10^th-place 5,000m finish at the AAC Indoor Championships.
