th in the 5,000 at the American Outdoor Championships.
2023-24 (Senior): Cross Country – Raced in uniform in four meets for the Shockers, scoring in all four and finishing as the top Shocker at the NCAA Midwest Regional…Opened his season running unattached, claiming the JK Gold Classic individual title with a personal-best 6K time of 18:09.3…Finished 18
th at the Bradley Pink Classic with an 8K time of 24:43.7…Ran a personal-best 23:43.5 to place 20
th at the AAC Championships…Just missed all-region recognition with a 27
th-place finish at the NCAA Midwest Regional, running a 10K time of 31:23.1.Â
Indoor – Competed in six meets, claiming one event win and six top-five finishes…Won the mile at the Mark Colligan Memorial in 4:08.16…Finished second in the 3,000 meters at the Wilson Invitational…Ran a season-best 8:16.50 in the 3,000 meters, the ninth-fastest time in school history to finish fourth at the Ichabod Invitational…Ran a season-best mile time of 4:07.43 in the AAC prelim before finishing 10
th in the final…Finished 35
th in the 3,000 meters and ran on the fourth-place DMR at the AAC Championships, helping the team score five points.
Outdoor – Raced in six meets, claiming one event win and four top-five finishes…Won the 1500 meters at the Kansas Relays…Ran a season-best 14:31.75 in the 5,000 meters to finish 14
th at the Drake Relays…Finished 10
th in the 1500 meters at the AAC Championships with a season-best time of 3:51.64 and placed 16
th in the 5,000 meters.
Prior to Wichita State at Central Michigan: Held personal bests of 14:21 (5K), 8:13 (3K), 4:05 (mile school record), 3:48 (1500m), 1:52 (800m), 31:29 (10K XC), 23:47 (8K XC school record)…Named first team all Mid-American Conference in XC in 2020 and second team in 2021 and 2022. Was nominated MVP at Central Michigan senior year and wa s team captain Fall 2020 - Spring 2023.
Personal: Son of Kim and Duane…Has two siblings, Ryan and Brandon…Earning his masters of business administration at Wichita State.
