Worked in 17 games out of the Wichita State bullpen, compiling a 2.81 ERA over 16.0 innings...allowed just seven hits for a .137 opponent batting average...gave up just two hits in 19 at-bats against left-handed hitters...struck out 13 and walked 13...allowed more than one hit just once in his 17 appearances...worked 1.2 scoreless innings in his Wichita State debut against Auburn on February 24...worked a 1-2-3 seventh inning in WSU's comeback win against Gonzaga on March 17...struck out a career-high six over 2.2 shutout innings against Oklahoma State on April 9, kicking off a string of five consecutive scoreless appearances...ended the season with five more scoreless outings, highlighted by 2.2 spotless frames against Memphis on May 17 in which he did not allow a hit.
