Accessible Seating
Wheelchair accessible seating is located behind field box 2 and 4 at $12, field box 9, 10 and 11 at $8, and behind chair back sections E and F at $10.
 
Aisle Obstructions
Sitting or standing in aisles and stairs is prohibited. Doing so is a safety hazard and may obstruct the view of other guests. Please keep all items clear of the aisle as well.
 
Alcohol
It is prohibited to bring alcohol into Eck Stadium. Violators will be subject to ejection and university disciplinary action. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at bars and concession stands around the facility.

Sales are subject to the following policies and procedures:
  • All consumers must be 21 and will be required to show a valid driver’s license at time of purchase.
  • Two drink limit, per person, per purchase
  • WSU-ICAA and Premier Foods reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be impaired
  • Sales will close at the end of the 7th inning
  • Alcoholic beverages must be consumed or discarded prior to leaving the facility.
  • Anyone under the age of 21 who is observed in possession and/or consuming alcohol will be ejected and subject to university disciplinary action.
Beer, Seltzers and Wine (non-glass container) that fit into a 20-quart cooler will be allowed entry through the gate just outside of Right Field and must remain in the outfield. Please see Outfield Seating/Coleman Hill section for all policies and restrictions before attending. Alcohol is not permitted to leave stadium grounds. Alcoholic beverages purchased from the concession stands in the stadium may not be brought onto Coleman Hill.
 
All-American Access
American Club members will be granted access to the All-American club via pass list. The All-American Club is open 1 hour prior to first-pitch through the conclusion of the game. Food and beverages are not permitted to leave the All-American Club.

Animals
Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited in Cessna Stadium with the exception of service dogs and/or service dogs in-training. Please see Service Animals for full set of policies.

ATM
The closest ATM to Eck Stadium is located southeast of the stadium at the Campus Credit Union.
 
Baby Changing Stations
Baby changing tables are available inside the men’s, women’s and unisex restrooms under the main grandstands.

Banners and Signs
Banners and signs are permitted, provided they are hand-held (no sticks), can be stored beneath seat, and do not block view of other patrons. Signs may not be larger than 24” x 36” and must be collapsible. Any banner or sign containing profanity or objectionable material will be disallowed.
 
Cameras
Video cameras or professional cameras are prohibited in Eck Stadium. Small still cameras are permitted, as long as they are carried or in a bag measuring 5.5” x 7.5” or less. The bag and small still camera are subject to inspection. Small still cameras are considered any camera that is smaller than 4″ in length and width. Tripods, monopods and cameras with detachable or interchangeable lenses are not permitted. Camera bags must abide by the Clear Bag Policy.

Clear Bag Policy
Wichita State athletics strongly encourages fans to not bring any type of bag to events at all WSU athletic facilities. Refer to the Clear Bag page for a complete list of guidelines.
 
Computers / Laptops / Tablets
Computers, laptops and tablets are permitted as long as they measure 14” x 14” x 6” or less.
 
Concessions
Concessions are operated by Premier Food Services and are located underneath the main grandstand and the right field bleachers. Cash and major credit cards are accepted. Alcoholic beverages purchased in the stadium may not be brought onto Coleman Hill.
 
Credit Cards/Checks
MasterCard, Visa, and Discover are honored for ticket purchases, at the concessions stands, and at the souvenir store.  With a valid drivers’ license, checks are accepted in the ticket office and the souvenir store, but will NOT be accepted at concession stands.
 
Drop Off Policies
All drop offs should be done at the first base entrance of Eck Stadium, including those fans with accessibility or health issues, ridesharing, taxis and hotel shuttles.

Emergencies / First Aid
In the case of an emergency please find the closest event staff or emergency personnel. Event staff, law enforcement and fire personnel are available to assist all patrons. Emergency and medical calls must be placed through WSU Police at (316) 978-3450, or by dialing 911. If available, please give the seat location to the police.
 
Ejection
Wichita State Athletics reserves the right to eject any person whose behavior is unruly or illegal in nature. Game tickets will be collected without refund and the patron will be escorted from the stadium.
 
Fan Code of Conduct
Wichita State desires to provide an atmosphere conducive to enjoying Shocker events. Consequently, we ask that you refrain from the following: 
  • Interfering with the progress of the game
  • No use of any tobacco products including, but not limited to, chewing tobacco, cigars, cigarettes, pipes, electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and all other related devices on university property.
  • Foul, obscene or abusive language or actions 
  • Fighting, unruly or inconsiderate behavior
  • Conduct that endangers fans or participants
  • Intoxication
  • Wichita State Athletics reserves the right to eject any person whose behavior is in violation of the fan coded of conduct, policies, procedures or illegal in nature. Game tickets will be collected from the patron without refund and they will be escorted from the arena.
  • Patrons are encouraged to communicate with Guest Services regarding unruly guests, seating issues, or requests for clean-up. 
 
Field Access
In accordance with Wichita State Athletics policies, only authorized personnel with proper credentials will be allowed on the field before, during, or after an event. Any unauthorized person who travels onto the field will be removed from Eck Stadium and is subject to arrest and prosecution.

Food & Beverage
Fans are not permitted to bring outside food or beverages into Cessna Stadium for individual consumption. Exceptions include baby formula, baby food, and medication or other special needs.
     • One 16 oz. sealed water bottle per person is permitted into the facility.
     • Personal and insulated cups are not permitted inside of Eck Stadium.
 
Other exceptions to this are on Coleman Hill (accessible through the outfield entrance only) or if they are using a skybox (accessible through the Plaza Gate only). Outside food and beverage must remain in restricted areas and will not be permitted in grandstand seating areas. Foul Balls
Fans may keep baseballs hit into the stands. However, please be aware that balls or bats leaving the field of play may be dangerous. Fans are responsible for ensuring their own safety. Please do not interfere with the field of play.

Gates Open
Stadium gates open 1 hour prior to game time and patrons can enter at 4 locations: the Main Gate (by the ticket office); the Plaza Gate (in front of the stadium); South Entrance (the gate behind the 1st base dugout) and Coleman Hill (located by the right field foul pole).
 
Grills
Gas/propane grills are permitted for use on the Coleman Hill unless deemed unsafe due to high winds or if there is a burn ban in effect.  Charcoal grills are prohibited at all times.
 
Lost and Found
Report or deliver lost/found items to a WSU police officer or the WSU ticket office. Please contact event office at (316) 978-7592 to check the status of lost items.
 
Lost Children/Parents
In the event your child is lost, IMMEDIATELY notify a member of the event staff, an athletic department official, or a uniformed police officer. All lost children should be escorted to the nearest campus or athletic department official. Parents of lost children should follow the same procedure.

Merchandise
Merchandise can be purchased at the University Bookstore’s Souvenir Shop located below the main grandstand.
 
Outfield Seating / Coleman Hill
Outfield is accessible to any ticket holder. Re-Entry is not allowed anywhere in Eck Stadium.
 
All patrons, regardless of age, must present a valid ID and be wrist banded to participate in consumption of alcohol on Coleman Hill. Underage drinking will be subject to arrest and citation. Alcohol is not permitted to leave the stadium grounds.
 
Fans are not allowed to sell, collect money for or accept donations for any food or beverages while inside Eck Stadium or on Coleman Hill.
 
Alcohol: The following must stay in the outfield grounds
  • Beer, Seltzers and Wine are permitted in non-glass containers.
  • All beverages must be in sealed containers.
  • All beverages must be consumed in original containers.
  • Beer, Seltzers and Wine must fit into, and be inside, a 20-quart cooler.
    • Limit 1 cooler per person of legal drinking age. (valid ID required)
Prohibited
  • Personal or insulated cups. (ex. solo cups, souvenir cups, insulated cups, flasks, etc.)
  • Glass containers.
  • Liquor, Liquor brand mixes, and cocktails.
  • Unsealed, opened or fountain style beverages.
  • Skateboards, scooters, razors, hover boards, bicycles
  • Bats, full-sized brooms, sticks or rods (except small souvenir bats)
  • Coolers larger than 20 quarts
  • Weapons – firearms (non-conceal carry unless metal detectors used), knives, razor blades, pepper spray, tasers, brass knuckles, cat keys, etc.
  • Noisemakers, Laser pointers, projectiles, etc.
  • Drones, flash/professional photography, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, etc.
  • Large/Golf umbrellas (non-retractable)
  • Strollers, infant car seats, and/or baby carriers
  • Live animals (unless service animal)
  • Charcoal grills
  • Wichita State Athletics reserves the right to prohibit any other items deemed inappropriate by security.

Opened alcohol is not permitted to leave stadium grounds. Alcoholic beverages purchased from the concession stands in the stadium may not be brought onto Coleman Hill.
 
Coolers: All coolers will be checked upon entry to Coleman Hill. One 20-quart cooler per person is allowed to be brought into Coleman Hill. All Beer, Seltzers and Wine must fit into and be inside of a 20-quart cooler. If carrying permitted alcoholic beverages, carrier must be of legal drinking age and present valid ID each and every game attended. Coolers must remain in the outfield grounds. No coolers may be brought in later than one hour after first pitch.
 
Food and Non-Alcoholic Beverages:  Fans are permitted to bring in food and non-alcoholic beverages into Coleman Hill, but only through the gate just outside of Right Field. If it is being brought in a cooler, the cooler cannot be larger than 20 quarts. All food and beverages brought onto Coleman Hill must remain on the Hill and cannot be brought into the main stadium. All beverages brought in must be unopened and sealed containers and must remain in those containers (no convenient store/fast-food drinks or insulated cups/personal cups). 
 
Outfield Deck: The Outfield Deck is located beyond the right field wall on Coleman Hill. There is no additional cost to watch the game from the deck; standing room is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Outfield deck is standing room only, personal chairs are not permitted.
 
Pavilions: The Coleman Outfield Pavilions will follow the same updated policies outlined above as it pertains to outside food and drinks.
Purchasing a pavilion for a group outing includes 50 tickets. Pavilion rentals for home games in March and April are $400; for May home games a pavilion rental is $450.

 

Coleman Hill Guidelines

Guests must be 21 to drink alcohol on Coleman Hill. All guests who wish to drink must have their ID checked and will be wrist banded. Those persons who drink without being wrist banded will face ejection and possible citation or arrest. Guests must present a valid ID and have proper credentials to participate in consumption of alcohol.  Guests may be asked to provide identification and proof of age at any time by WSU Athletics and/or WSU police. All guests, regardless of age, who wish to consume alcohol, are required to provide a valid ID each and every game they wish to consume alcohol.
  • At all times, the service and consumption of alcohol must be in compliance with all applicable laws including, but not limited to, the Kansas Liquor Control Act, as well as all WSU and ICAA policies and procedures related to the service and consumption of alcohol. Guests much also comply with all instructions and direction given by ICAA and/or WSU staff. Guests who are not in compliance with all applicable laws will be subject to ejection, arrest, and citation.
  • No coolers can be brought in later than 1 hour after first-pitch.
  • Only Beer, Wine, and Seltzer are permitted. All beverages must be consumed in their original container.
  • Liquor, liquor branded and/or mixes/cocktails are not permitted.
  • Coleman Hill is accessible to any ticket holder. Controls will be in place at barrier to ensure no cross contamination of alcohol or food.
  • Glass bottles are not allowed on Coleman Hill.
  • One 20-quart (reasonable size) cooler per person is allowed to be brought into Coleman Hill. All alcohol must fit within the 20-quart cooler.
  • All coolers are subject to search. Coolers containing alcohol may only be brought in by individuals 21 years of age, or older.
  • Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed to be brought into Coleman Hill, those items must remain on Coleman Hill and may not enter Eck Stadium proper.
  • All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages brought onto Coleman Hill must be in a sealed container.  Unsealed containers will not be permitted.
  • Charcoal grills are NOT allowed inside or outside Eck Stadium.  Gas grills are allowed inside unless the local fire department has issued a burn ban or due to winds.
  • Re-Entry is not allowed anywhere in Eck Stadium.  Guests wishing to leave Eck Stadium must buy another ticket to enter Eck Stadium. No pass outs/re-entry, with exception of designated quantity per RV.
  • Alcohol is for personal consumption only. Fans are prohibited from selling, collecting money for, or accepting donations for any food or beverages, including but not limited to alcohol, while inside Eck Stadium or on Coleman Hill. WSU, ICAA, and WSU police will determine whether quantities are in excess of amounts for personal consumption.
  • Alcohol is not permitted to leave Eck Stadium grounds. Alcohol cannot be brought into any WSU and/or ICAA facility, except in accordance with these rules.
  • Alcoholic beverages cannot be left unattended for any reason.
  • Drinking games and/or devices intended to increase the consumption rate or rate of inebriation are prohibited.
  • All food and beverages brought onto Coleman Hill must remain on the Hill and cannot be brought into the main stadium.
  • Alcoholic beverages purchased in Eck Stadium may not be brought onto Coleman Hill.

Conduct

The NCAA, American Athletic Conference and Wichita State University promote good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches and spectators. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, racial or ethnic comments, or other intimidating actions directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches or team representatives will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the site of competition.  Wichita State desires to provide an atmosphere conducive to enjoying Shocker events. Consequently, we ask that you refrain from the following:
  • Interfering with the progress of the game
  • No use of any tobacco products including, but not limited to, chewing tobacco, cigars, cigarettes, pipes, electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and all other related devices on university property.

Parking

Accessible Parking: Accessible parking for fans with disabilities is available on a first-come, first-served basis near each entrance. Guests must display a state-issued accessible license plate or hang tag. Guests will also need to present a state-issued disabled ID card along with a form of photo Identification.

Reserved Parking: Reserved parking is available for All-American Club members and sky box holders. In addition, all reserved season ticket holders at the Bold Gold level and above will receive a SASO parking pass for the Spring 2024. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Open / General Parking: All lots not reserved can be used for open parking. Additional accessible parking is available in these lots. 

Pass Gate
The pass gate is located at the Main Gate and will open 2 hours prior to first pitch.
 
Radio / Television
Hand-held radios are permitted so long as they do not disturb others seated nearby.  It is recommended to use headphones with these devices.  All Shocker baseball games are broadcast on 98.7 FM or 1330 AM.  For other radio and TV information, please check the schedule of each sport.
 
Re-Entry
Wichita State Athletics has a NO RE-ENTRY policy for all athletic events. Guests who leave the stadium will NOT be permitted to re-enter without an unscanned game ticket.
 
Restrooms
Restrooms are located underneath the main grandstand, near the first base concession stand, in the All-American Club and by the elevators on the skybox level.  Handicap-accessible restrooms are located underneath the main grandstand.
 
Security
  • Suspicious activity, disruptive patrons and guest related problems should be reported to security, event staff, or police officer immediately.                                                          
  • Uncooperative patrons showing disregard for other patrons, the arena or the teams may be ejected from the facility.
  • Ticket holders are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or person using the tickets.
  •  Spectators are reminded that they are prohibited from entering onto the field before, during, and after the playing contest unless they are properly credentialed or accompanied by an authorized staff member. Violators are subject to arrest.
  • You and your belongings may be searched upon entering the facility.
Metal Detectors:  Events with projected attendance over 5,000 will utilize metal detectors. Conceal-carry for those events would be prohibited. WSU-ICAA reserves the right to use metal detectors at any event. 

Prohibited Items:  The following items are prohibited from entering Eck Stadium:
  • Drugs and alcohol
  • Outside food and drink
  • Personal and Insulated cups
  • Bags exceeding 5.5" x 7.5" (Purses, Diaper Bags, Backpacks, Duffle Bags, etc.)
  • Weapons – firearms, knives, razorblades, pepper spray, tasers, brass knuckles, cat keys, etc.
  • Wagons
  • Tents (Unless approved by WSU Athletics)
  • Skateboards, scooters, razors, hover boards, bicycles
  • Lawn chair or rigid-framed seating devices (except ADA or as approved by WSU Athletics)
  • Bats, full-sized brooms, sticks or rods (except small souvenir bats)
  • Noisemakers – air horns, bells, megaphones, whistles, etc.
  • Laser pointers
  • Flash/professional photography, detachable lenses, monopods, tripods
  • Selfie sticks
  • Live animals (except service animals)
  • Large/Golf umbrellas (non-retractable)
  • Strollers, infant car seats, and/or baby carriers
  • Seat Cushions larger than 14” x 14” x 6”
  • Computers and tablets larger than 14” x 14” x 6”
  • Wichita State reserves the right to prohibit any other items deemed inappropriate by security
     
If an item is revealed during a search, patron may dispose of the item or return it to their vehicle. Wichita State staff reserves the right to prohibit any items they deem inappropriate. 
 
Service Animals
Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited in Eck Stadium with the exception of service animals and/or service animals in-training. For guests with disabilities, service animals are welcome inside the venue, but must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. Service animals shall rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other guests and/or WSU Athletics employees, may be asked to escort the animal off of the premises.

According to Kansas State Law, emotional support, comfort, or therapy animals do not have rights under the ADA and are prohibited entrance into any WSU Athletics’ facilities.
  • The annual Bark in the Park game will be the only exception to our no-animal policy.
Shocker RV Village
Season passes include RV parking in the designated lot as well as five (5) tickets/credentials for weekend series home games. Will not be valid for weekday games. Parking space for this lot is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. 
The RV parking lot will open three hours before the first pitch of a weekend series. All parking is at your own risk. No electricity and water will be provided and generator exhaust stacks are required for the duration of the stay.

Skybox Access
Skybox users and their guests must have a game ticket for entry to Eck Stadium. Users will need to provide a “skybox pass card” (included in each skybox) to all guests without a skybox game ticket for access to the elevator.  All users and guests must show their ticket/skybox pass to the ticket takers at the Main SW Gate at all times when entering the stadium. Any food or alcohol brought in by skybox ticket holders, must remain in Skybox. Skybox ticket holders are not permitted to bring outside food and drink into grandstand seating areas. 
 
Smoking / Tobacco-Free Policy
Wichita State is a tobacco free campus. No use of any tobacco products including, but not limited to, chewing tobacco, cigars, cigarettes, pipes, electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, hookah or other water pipe devices will not be allowed for use on university property.
 
Tailgating
Tailgating is not permitted in university lots without permission from Wichita State Athletics.
 
Tickets
General Information:  Anyone age three (3) and over must possess a valid ticket for entry into Eck Stadium. The Athletics Ticket Office located in Charles Koch Arena is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The ticket office at Eck Stadium will be open at the time that gates open 1 hour prior to the event. Wichita State Athletics official secondary ticket partner is SeatGeek. Patrons assume all risks for tickets purchased through sources other than Wichita State Athletics Ticket Office. (i.e. Stub Hub, Ticket Master, etc.)
 
Accessible Seating: Wheelchair accessible seating is located behind field box 0, 2, 4, 9, 10 and 11, and behind chair back sections E and F.
 
Advanced tickets:  Can be purchased by calling (316) 978-FANS. Game-day tickets can be purchased 1 hour prior to game time through the first two hours of the game at Eck Stadium.
 
Away Game Tickets:  As a visiting team, Wichita State receives only a small allotment of tickets. Please contact the host institution ticket office for ticket availability.
 
General Admission: General admission seating includes the Coleman Hill Outfield (excludes outfield pavilions), the left field bleachers and the first-base bleachers in sections K, L, M and N.
 
Group Sales:  Group discounts are available for tickets to many Shocker events. Call (316) 978-5580 for more information.

Scalping / Resale of Game Tickets:  The reselling of tickets (at any price) is NOT permitted on campus grounds. 

Student Tickets:  WSU student tickets can be picked up at the Eck Stadium ticket office at the time of the event, or when gates open.  WSU students attending a baseball game will be admitted through either the Main Grandstand or at Coleman Hill by presenting their valid Shocker ID, along with a valid student ticket.
 
Lost/Stolen Tickets:  Full-season tickets which are lost, destroyed, or stolen can be replaced for $25 per seat. If individual game tickets are simply lost, left at home, or damaged, there is a non-refundable $2.00 reprint fee per ticket.
 
Upgrades: No upgrades or exchanges. All sales are FINAL.

Will Call: Fans may pick up “Will Call” tickets at the ticket office on the third base side. A photo ID is required of anyone picking up tickets at Will Call, and tickets will only be released to the individual whose name the tickets are left for.
